I’ve never been to a Wawa with worse management. I come here five days a week and literally every week they are stocked incorrectly and run out of the same things. They need to hire new management who understands how to order stock. It’s common sense that if you run out of the same items every week you should order more until that doesn’t happen and find the right amount to order.

I always seek out a Wawa on a road trip for their food & clean bathrooms. We stopped at the store above to fill up and for a bathroom break. It was very busy and there was a line for the bathroom. I have to say I’ve never been so appalled at the state of a bathroom. The bathrooms clearly hadn’t been touched by staff in quite sometime. There were dirty/soiled period pads/tampons and toilet paper all over the floor. The toilet seats themselves were gross. I felt like I needed a shower after using the facilities. It was too busy in there to even attempt to find a manager. I’ll be sure I never stop at this location again.

Not stocked and dirty restrooms. Unclear who was ringing up customers or where checkout was. Uninviting employees. Very disorganized operation

Food was good but MUST add more bathrooms. For such a large store having so few bathrooms is underwhelming.

This is the worst Wawa I have ever been in. It took them 30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. It was a busy night but they had 5 staff. 1 on register, 1 making drinks, 1 on sandwiches, and 2 doing god knows. If you go to a sit down restaurant and it takes 30 minutes to get food you walk out. In a place like Wawa it's ridiculous. This is the longest that I have ever had to wait at this location. There have been other times that were bad but not like this. I'm done and never going back.

It was busy so maybe that’s why they forgot how to count. If something says (6) don’t put 5 in the order unless it is accompanied by the 6th item. I know counting to 6 can be tough if you lost one of your arms but you had both and still couldn’t make it to 6. Do better!

Food takes to long when not busy. Drink wasn't even started for 10min. Alarm on bread machine sounded for over 10min before getting shut off. When ask "does anyone else hear that alarm?" Was told "just tune it out, we do." Also no napkins. Trash

Wow Wawa, way to go with your bathrooms.Seriously the dirtiest bathrooms on the East Coast I came across.My apologies but you probably heard before that the bathrooms reflect the operation run ?Anyway I had gas and that's all I would take here, the mans bathroom doesn't look dirty, it looks like it wasn't deep cleaned in months.Get a self cleaning toilet or a plan in place to have the toilets cleaned as needed for a business that heavily depends on the availability of a bathroom.And don't blame your employees, there is clearly no plan in place for which you are responsible.
