“Today at was in store to pick up some photos.While I was paying at the cashier, my son (13) who has autism, was playing with Helio balloons and he took one of them letting the ballon flight. I asked the cashier if I had to pay for the ballon and he said no. But was amazing when other store employer came to my car and told me if my son wanted another ballon. I answered, , but I didn’t pay for it and he said it doesn’t matter.My son and me were so happy.Always I have to explain to everybody that my son has an invisible diss ability as is the Autism, cause he is a big boy with different conducts and today this employer understood perfectly everything.Thanks again!!!”

“If you are coming here to get a vaccinated, just know that even if you make an appointment, you have to wait in line with all the other people picking up their prescriptions. That is just to check in. You then have to wait to get your vaccine. Therefore, give yourself between 30 and 45 minutes to get the vaccine then another 15 minutes to wait after vaccine. This was the case on a Saturday. It might be better on weekdays.”

“Still feeling hungry with the small sizes of our lunch at the restaurant near here, we decided to walk to this restaurant for desserts and coffee. There are tables outside where customers can dine as well as inside with ample distance between tables. Service was fast and friendly. Our brownies were soft and delicious; our Mocha Coffee highly complimented these brownies. My sister and I enjoyed our dining experience here and will definitely eat here again!”

I must say, 99.9% of the time the Drive Thru Pickup window is usually a pleasure in dealing with the individual helping your customers.\nMr. Nathan was professional, has very good people skills and communicates clearly with your customers - His help is greatly appreciated. It`s a pleasure interacting with your Team members. They truly care for your customers (99.9% of the time)\n\nHowever, on this day (09-05-23@12:30pm, Tuesday) I don`t understand why I had to wait for about 45 – 60 minutes with only one vehicle in front of me ?\nIt seemed there may have been some confusion with the customer and your window attendant ?– I`m under the impression your drive through window was simply a drop-off and pickup service.\n\nIf there was a problem that took this long, I believe your attendant should have told this customer to come into the store as this held up many customers getting through the pick-up window prior to their Lunch Break\n\nThank you - Have a great Day/Week and stay Healthy (Safe)\nStill a satisfied customer”

I went to Walgreens & had a great experience. Kevin was awesome & helped me a lot. I went back the next evening. The girl working photos that evening was also a big help & very friendly. I don't remember her name, but I would continue using Walgreens for photo prints from now on. Same price & much more enjoyable experience. They went above & beyond.”

“Their system was down. Had to make 2 trips in order to get my med. They weren't processing insurance claims. There was a long line of customers. All were turned down. Very annoying on an extremely hot day. They could have notified customer of computer problem via text messenging just like they said your RX was ready. Their system had been down all day.”

“I've never had issues with the staff here. The pharmacists are actually really nice people. People really need to stop treating them so terribly. They're human, not robots to perform miracles for every whim. That hour they're closed? They're eating lunch. Not answering the phone immediately? The pharmacy is probably packed and they're doing a job for staff that's double their size. One prescription isn't ready yet? They're behind the scenes fighting to get your meds in stock as it's a supplier issue, not their fault. People will be so ignorant towards them and they do their best to greet the next person with a smile. Don't be the reason they're exhausted. Say please, thank you, and exercise patience. Being decent goes a long way. If you can't tolerate waiting, go when there isn't a huge rush of people.”

“This is one of the best pharmacies I’ve ever been to. Mr Bob is so wonderful and very caring. He will go out of his way to find coupons to help pay for high dollar prescriptions. An example is my one medication would cost me 110.00 with my insurance but with the manufacture coupon it was only 20.00 for a 3 month supply. They also deliver.
