Bryan at the Office Depot print center is an absolute gem! Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at his job, but he goes above and beyond to ensure that customers like me are completely satisfied with the final product. Bryan is friendly, patient, and willing to offer helpful suggestions to make my prints look their best. His attention to detail and dedication to providing top-notch service truly sets him apart. Office Depot has great customer service! Last Saturday I went get a copy job done, but associate said I would get it back Sunday or Monday...I said oh my I need it today he then ask how many copies did I need , which was under 100. Needless to say I was pleased with the quality.

They lock the doors before closing. Showed up at 6:45 on a Saturday, doors locked. I just needed a pack of TŪL pens, waste of time and gas.

Zero stars. I asked them to print a job. they printed half of it and said it was completed. I needed it for a presentation the next day. It was useless. I complete waste of money. I will never use them again.

Dirt & grime abound. Disgusting. Copiers & copy area. Floors & carpet throughout littered with debris. No toilet paper & toilet a nightmare. This place is a disaster!

While preparing to gather my documents to give my tax preparer, I realized that I had a major document in my phone e-mail. I could not print it from my computer; I was out of ink.
It was simple to e-mail the document to the Print Desk for them to copy it.
The employee at the Copy Desk must have had seven customers in line, each needing a different, complicated task to be done.
She handled the situation with ease giving her total attention to each customer.
The floor employee answered all my questions without hesitation. He had total knowledge of each department.
Mike checked me out at the register. He informed me of the benefit to become a Rewards Customer; I signed up for that.
Needless to say, I had a very nice visit to the Glen Burnie Office Depot.

Waited 10 minutes for a service person while buying an office chair; the employee who eventually came was very helpful and I'm quite happy with my purchase.

During my recent visit to Office Depot, I was looking for a new planner but found the selection and store organization somewhat limited. Although I had to navigate from the front to the back of the store to find more options, I managed to find a planner that suited my needs. While the store's appearance was a bit messy, the staff were friendly, which made my experience positive. However, I believe that improving the store's cleanliness and organization would enhance the shopping experience. Additionally, having a more comprehensive selection of planners would be appreciated. Overall, I had a productive visit.
