All I can say is that Happy Nest great. I have a big family and washing clothes/folding/ and hanging has become so much more that a chore. It’s very time consuming. So glad e chose happy nest. All is well now.I have been using HappyNest for a while now and wanted to wait to post a review as I wanted to have a few tries under my belt to give accurate review. Customer service is great. Pick up and drop off is great as well.

My experience with happy Nest Laundry Service was not great…I find their ads to be misleading as well as deceptive and I will not be using them again…I have also reported them to the FTC and BBB

I wish this platform offered the option to give Happy Nest 0 stars because that’s what they’ve earned. The delivery driver from Happy Nest thought it was a great idea to leave my laundry in the driveway instead of walking it up the steps and ringing the doorbell to alert of that the laundry had arrived. There were two cars present, which should’ve given the indication that someone was home. My laundry sat outside for 4 hours in the heat. When I called customer service to complain and request that the LAZY, INCOMPETENT driver never darken my driveway again, they couldn’t guarantee that. That was a reasonable request but the supervisor decided it was best to lose my business instead. I have never and will never beg anyone to take my money. Customer service will always be paramount, beyond mistakes and misunderstandings. Do yourself a favor and choose a company that hires folks who have at the bare minimum, COMMON SENSE!

Horrible. Spent over 500 dollars and they dropped my clothes outside of my apartment complex with no call & no communication on where my clothes were left. Thank god my building management contacted me to let me know that my clothes were seating outside. Beyond that the job was rushed. My whites are dingy & have pink stains something that was ignored by whomever put the clothing on the hangers. Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe how I feel. When I called them to ask all they could tell me was that their policy is to send an email unless you are signed up for text. The woman basically blamed me for not signing up for text citing that had I signed up I would have gotten a text notification which still would not have told me where my clothes were left. Why would you not drop them to me directly if you picked them up from me?? Safe to say I will NEVER use this service again and will be sure to share this message with anyone I know in the area who is using HappyNest.

I have had Happy Nest do my laundry for at least a year. They were a life saver for me because I was taking care of my ill husband, and I was having health issues, also. They are dependable and love when I get my laundry back folded and ready to put away. Very happy with their service.

The Happy Nest app needs work and the website is lacking as well. The pick-up and drop-off service also leaves room for improvement. The original drop-off time I was texted was WAY off from the actual drop off time. This matters to me because I don’t want my clothes sitting outside for hours. The most important reason for my 1-star review is that ALL of our clothes (hanging and folded) were wrinkled BEYOND belief. For $2.50 per pound, I expect the laundry to be done at least as well as I do it. It’s obvious our things sat in a dryer for a while, allowing wrinkles to set in, before someone finally came along to fold them. Maybe industrial dryers don’t have a “refresh” setting? Now, I’m spending my Saturday IRONING. The time I thought I was buying back by hiring Happy Nest is gone. Zero stars.
