Simply put ...There's nobody better than Carol !! ☆☆☆☆☆PS: You do not need a license in MD or any state to be an animal groomer. Carol is not a Vet.

I came to Carol because I was in a pinch and really needed my cats hair cut. She was friendly but was very rushed and was not careful she cut my cats paw it was a pretty deep wound. The hair cut was fine but not worth $158 and definitely not worth my pet being injured. The place was also dirty and had a smell of cigarettes. I will not be returning here ever again.

Excellent service! Fast and easy with no wait. She cut my fur baby's nails in mere seconds. With me being with him the whole time verses at a vet. I feel he was less stressed and annoyed.Thank you so much Carol! We will see you next month.

Carole was awesome with our two cats; clipped their nails in mere seconds and was able to restrain our scaredy cat Kitten, to have his back shaved due to matting. Carole is great!

On February 23, 2022 my daughter Shelby took our cat Sage to a groomer in Glen Burnie for a lions cut, wash and nail trim. She was referred to her by another groomer who does not groom cats. The groomer was Carol Page, located at 822 Barbara Ct., Glen Burnie, MD 21060. She operates under the name Paws and Claws and her number is 410-761-0448. We discovered that she also uses the names Claws and Paws and Rainbow Feathers Aviary. They arrived at the "business" which was in the basement of Ms. Page's home and she started clipping the cat with rusty scissors. My daughter asked that she use another pair that were not rusty. She then used her clippers and kept telling my daughter they were getting hot but she never stopped to change clippers or to allow them to cool down. Our cat is deaf and can be very loud but my daughter said the sounds she was making was nothing she'd ever heard from her before. She was burning her skin and cut off 2 of the cats nipples. Shelby told her to stop and refused to allow her to wash Sage, paid the groomer and left. When Shelby got home with Sage she was crying hysterically because of what this monster did to our cat. The cat was clearly in pain and terrified. She had blood on both of her sides, the base of her tail and 2 nipples were cut. Shelby then told me she paid $175 for her abusive service. I called Ms Page and she said the cuts were not from her, "it was because we have another cat and they fight. I told her they do not fight," I told her they chase each other but never fight and DO NOT draw blood. I told her "you also cut 2 nipples off and that was clearly done by you as well as the other cuts." She asked what I wanted her to do about it and I said she needs to refund Shelby in full. She said fine and hung up. She has refunded my daughter but after talking to a few friends and family about this, we feel that she may not have a license to groom or run a business out of her home. I've searched the business licenses and can't seem to locate a registered business in any of the names we've found or her name. I have also sent a complaint to AACo Animal Control for her groomers license and to the BBB to try and warn people. On her Facebook page she is also breeding and selling Chinese Crested's and I'm sure she is not a licensed breeder. She should not be permitted to do this to another animal.

On February 23, 2022 my daughter ****** took our cat **** to a groomer in Glen Burnie for a lions cut, wash and nail trim. The groomer was Carol P. and she operates under the name Paws and Claws. We discovered that she also uses the names Claws and Paws and Rainbow Feathers Aviary and none of the names carry a state business license.

BEWARE!! Seventeen year old cat that needed a bath and nails cut and she charged 155.00 which is totally outrageous. She only weighs about 9 lbs and has short hair. She was matted so Carol shaved her all the way down and did a horrible job at that. She also cut one of her nails and caused her to bleed. I'm pretty sure this women is not licensed or certified. The price should have been quoted up front not after services were completed. Also comforting the cat is you holding the cat the whole time. Older women that coughs the whole time and house smells of smoke and moldy basement. Needless to say will never go back to this groomer.

Carol was patient with my ragdoll, who was not patient. It's very hard to groom a 23 yo arthritic cat, but she paused several times so that Mindy could recoup. Then she gave Mindy a bath afterwards and we destroyed some fleas. I was very happy with her. She's a little expensive in comparison shopping, but you can't put a price tag on someone who is patient and knows what she's doing. I, for one, am grateful! Thanks, Carol!! (Hope the spelling is correct!)

Carol did an amazing job with my Persian cat. He had some really bad matts and she was able to take care of them no problem. He looks amazing. Highly recommend taking your pet here especially if you have a cat. Will definitely be a customer with Carol for my cats.
