“MY NAME IS NIKIA JEFFRIES. I’m currently experiencing an issue with a ATM machine malfunction. That happened on January 26, 2024. After filing a claim immediately over the phone. The next business day 01/29/2024 I attended Glen Burnie branch in Maryland. Where I was told, there’ s nothing much that could be done for me other than filing a claim. I immediately asked for the branch management. I was later, assisted by Miss Ebon’e J. The Acting branch manager who I truly believe went beyond and above to assist my necessary needs. She made all the necessary calls and emails. She was understanding, patient, and professional. Navy Federal credit Union will always have a recommendation on my behalf to my fellow, coworkers, families, and friends. I pray that all management are just as concerning.”

“This branch is rarely busy, which means excellent parking and very little waiting time, if any. On top of that, the staff are very friendly and more than happy to help out in whatever way possible. As a college student I needed a way to help build credit, but couldn't apply for a standard card. I got set up with a card specifically catered toward students wanting to build credit, and now have a great credit score. The two employees who are usually there to assist me are Cory and Josh. They're both knowledgeable and very professional. Given their relatively young age, they both were able to relate to my current financial position and offered me great advice. I've since moved to a state outside of PNC's operating territory, so I've had to switch banks - but I continue to build credit through PNC's student credit program with Visa. I couldn't be happier.”

Although, my own local branch is Linthicum, but a few times that recently I have been assisted by this branch, i have not seen and experienced anything but help, friendliness, professionalism, and enthusiastic customer service. during my last visit(s) I was assisted by one of the most wonderful tellers, Alley, and as always by the great manager of this location, Ms. Krystal. Krystal is very knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and a strong manager who goes extra mile to help the customer in the best way possible. Alley who I know her from my own branch and from long time ago is just a gem to Wells Fargo. She is so polite, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous to everybody.
