“Amazing shop to work with. My family and I were on a cross country tour when my drivetrain decided to stop cooperating in Baltimore. I called around to 3 different shops, and A-One was the middle of the road price point. However, they were the only shop out of the three willing to get me the low mileage transmission I thought I needed for my vehicle.Then David, called me and informed me it wasn't the trans, but instead the driveline that had failed. He had already ordered the replacement part, I asked about a transmission service, and an oil change as well. They did the whole job for about the same price as Audi quoted me for just an oil change and a trans service.Great shop, employees are awesome, very communicative, and super timely. I arrived and was greeted by a nice gentleman, Ted. He did my estimate in less than 20 minutes, I sent over the estimate to the other party and paid for and dropped the car off the next week. Ted gave me an estimated 10 days, it actually finished a day early which was a plus. Car looks like nothing happened to it!”

“I’ve been dealing with Sam and his wonderful wife from Mid Atlantic 4X4 for over 20 plus years since he moved into the shop in Glen Burnie. I definitely gave them a 5 STAR Review. Well his shop deserves a 10 STAR RATING. He has done several of my trucks with lift kits ,big Tires etc. just. Recently I brought my Dodge 4X4 (1500). He put a 6 inch body and suspension lift on my truck. 37 1/2 tires Omg. My truck looks and drives incredible. But let me tell you what’s really important to me and any other Business owner. His customer service is through the roof. He ( Sam / wife ) takes his time with you and explains everything in detail about the products they are selling you. He gives you tons of options but he also gives his personal/ professional opinion on what is best for that vehicle. Now that’s the sales end. 10 STARS PLUS (it’s hard to impress me lol) Now let me tell you about Rob ( the installer) in the shop. He is TOP-NOTCH MECHANIC. This guy put my truck on the lift and did a full inspection of my entire truck. I needed a ball joint and wheel bearing and something else ( I can’t remember) I told him I would get it done later. Anyway he said I’m sorry sir I can’t and will not put this lift kit on until these things get fixed. Lifting this truck will make it totally unsafe being that high. He showed me where my right front tire was ready to fall off lol. At first I was a little pissed off because I’m the customer and we are always right. lol but after Rob showed me my tire I realized that he was right. Rob said he needed the work but my safety was way more important than a days pay. Wow that’s incredible. My Brother owns a mechanic shop but I let Rob do all the work even though I could of gotten the work done for a fraction of the cost. But his integrity and concern for my safety which came first for him I didn’t even hesitate to let him fix my truck. Look I can go on and on about the great experience and quality of work I’ve gotten from MID-ATLANTIC 4X4 but I’ve already almost wrote a small book here on this review but I wanted people to know just how good this place really is. Like I said earlier, ITS REALLY HARD TO IMPRESS ME. Anyone who knows me knows that I only deal with the best and Top of the line people and businesses.
