THE WORST STAFF EVER AND THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Paid my account off in full (more than I calculated but of course they change the amount every time you call). After I paid it off, they FRAUDULENTLY reported my account as 60 days past due on my credit report!! I called to find out why and my calls were ignored all day. I decided to try calling from my husbands phone and coincidentally FREDA answered right away. She was hella rude on the phone and told me she couldn’t help me. DO NOT GET INTO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. SCAMMERS AND THEIVES and LIARS. Especially Freda.

Do not use this service, I had to change my orders twice due to the furniture delay. I paid 4 monthly payments before even receiving the furniture that I ended up canceling. This COMPANY FRAUDULENT REPORTED TWO LATE PAYMENTS ON MY CREDIT REPORT. I NEVER RECEIVED THE FURNITURE. WHEN I HAD TO CHANGE MY ORDER THE 1ST TIME THEY REPORTED TWO ACCOUNTS DIFFERENT AND A HIGH AMOUNT. My score dropped 80 pts for no reason

********SCAM LIKELY***** I’m still waiting for my refund of over $1,300 since 11/27/20. Today is 1/20/21. I’ve called plenty of times and each time I called another rep said they were going to get the district manager Kristy Clark to give me a call back within 48 hours . She NEVER called. My tickets were closed out. Each time I called I have to tell them how much they owe me. They told me it would take up to 8 weeks to get my refund. It’s affecting my credit as if I have a loan with them and I DON’T. They got until 1/27/21. To call me to pick up my check if not I will be taking them to COURT. I WOULD’T recommend them to nobody . I would SIT,SLEEP, and EAT on the FLOOR before I would ever consider them. They over charge NO MATTER YOUR CREDIT and the one I went to was in VALUE CITY FURNITURE in GLEN BURNIE MARYLAND. Wish I could give it zero stars...I never received my furniture the dates kept being pushed back

Worst LOAN company ever. I called Bob's to place a complaint against them. i hope they consider a new leasing company. Took a 1400 dollar loan and to pay 2500 when all I really owed was 75 dollars. Terrible CSR they dont try to help you pay faster. They are only money hungry. I DO NOT RECOMMEND °° I'm posting this on Bob's review website so they can get a new lending office.

Never again! Was told last payment must be made in store only. Store closed for virus. Finally got thru on phone & was told I needed to pay the extra fee! Ann Marie was awful to deal with, told me she was the only manager! Never again! Got “disconnected” several times trying to talk to her! Never, never again!! Karma! Ann Marie & Acceptance Now!

This is a ripoff . They have offices in Bob's Discount furniture . I was told that I can return the chairs I bought . Shortly after I thought I purchased the chairs, I developed arthritis in my knee . I can no longer operate the recliner without agrivation . Acceptance Now said they would call and have the chairs picked up . That was 2 weeks ago . District manager is Mr Patrick . He's useless too .

Never missed a payment and got about 2 payments left until paid off. Only 1 day late and they blow your phone up and call all your references. NEVER again.

Zero star***This is the worst financing company to deal with. I should have researched this company before getting myself involved with them. They don't give details about their financing, repayment, and after 90 days free financing. Within 90 days, I paid about $1200 out of $2300 purchase. I mistakenly passed the 90 days free financing by 28 days. When I asked for my payoff balance, I immediately lost my balance when I was given $2100. I was informed I had to pay a leasing fee of $1000. I informed them when signing that I requested and they also informed me that my monthly payment will be taken out directly from my account while I also could make extra payments in hope of beating the 90 days. I was recently informed today that the system has no way of knowing because I had no payment due as a result of my extra payments. This is most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. This company is clearly reaping people off. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! YOU ARE BOUND TO REGRET IT!!!
