The experience has not been the best for me and I’m more than disappointed with my last experience.They notified me that my prescription was ready, I got there 48 hours later and the prescription was not only not ready but not in stock. Very usual for me (reason why I didn’t stop by immediately after the notification). They offer an alternative medication (half of the dosage) and upon questioning it they assured me its okay, they promised to call and deliver the remaining the next day. Upon reviewing the medication it had differences to my usual medication brand and it was now the third day out but no one called or delivered the remaining medication. I called and I was gaslit but asked them to please get my usual medication brand (at this point I would have 10 days till I need a refill) I called multiple times (3) to ask if they can let me know in time to be able to accommodate any inconvenience.Ten days have passed no call - I call in and they first say they still have the medication on order and they don’t have it, I ask ETA, they transfer me to a pharmacist now the pharmacist says I refused the medication and therefore I can’t get it from them, now I’m confused so I call again then they say my doctor needs to prescribe the medication again and no refund or partial payment can be reimbursed for me to get it sent to another pharmacy that has it in stock. All these calls I have on record cause it always happens. They are very rude and will not answer any questions to help you make an informed decision especially since they messed up the order altogether.All this while, I have had back aches and can’t stand for long since I started using the medication the pharmacist gaslit me was similar to my usual medication. And not only did they go ahead and lie to my doctor thinking I won’t show them proof, very unprofessional!I am at risk of missing my dosage in the coming few days. I’m glad everyone else is having a great experience but unfortunately for me I would not recommend this pharmacy for serious ongoing prescriptions.

I have been a client of UltraCare Pharmacy for a few years now and have been very happy with the Pharmacists and staff at this establishment. I am always pleasantly greeted and if I have any concerns or questions, someone is always available to assist me.I would definitely suggest this Pharmacy to my friends and family.

These people are amazing! They jump through hoops for their customers. They really care about our health and safety. I have never had such a wonderful experience of personalized service. A friend needed an emergency Insulin prescription and they bent over backward to help this friend. These are really nice people. Thanks Ultra Care and God bless you! You are life savers!

I love the feel of a small family pharmacy. They take the time to get to know you. Don't have late hours but I would much rather have good service.

Very good pharmacy, my Dr sent a prescription to get filled here since i was having issues at my pharmacy. They were able to get all the info they needed and had it filled right away. The pharmacist and staff were very helpful.

This pharmacy does not fill controlled medications unless it's through an insurance carrier. I've never heard of a more ridiculous statement. There are many people that choose not to have health insurance and would rather pay out of pocket. Avoid this place.

Call ahead a couple days before your scripts are to be filled. Their stock has always been better than any chain pharmacy. Easy going and quick! Can't beat em.

I've been around since Ultra Care Pharmacy opened. I've seen the ups and downs of this special pharmacy. The owner and all the professionals make this place better than the chain/mom & pop pharmacies. Ultra Care has this organic atmosphere that feels like you are part of their community. They take about fifteen minutes to fill 20 prescriptions for my sister and I. I always call a day ahead, (before noon) and they always have my medicines. No issues. Uncomplicated. Just a class above the rest.

Rude, obnoxious customer service. Arranged for a medication to be delivered. I’m disabled and on any given day receive several deliveries without an issue. The delivery driver (I didn’t know it was him at the time) came to my residence and banged on the door like the police attempting to serve a warrant. I’m a single woman with limited mobility and also a domestic violence survivor. I was terrified to hear this incredibly intense banging on my door. As I went to the door and attempted to ask through the door for the person to identify themselves I was met with complete silence and then further loud banging . I don’t have a peep hole so wasn’t able to see who it was. I again asked “Who is it?” and “Who are you looking for?”. I received a mumbled response in a thick accent which made it extremely hard to understand what he was saying (nothing against accents, but because of his low tone I really couldn’t make out what he was saying). At this point all I could think of was that it was possibly someone trying to break in or it was someone my ex had sent to harm me. I was so scared I was shaking, so I yelled through the door that if they wouldn’t identify themselves or leave that I’d call the police. They finally left.Now, again, I did NOT know this was the delivery driver from the pharmacy. I only figured this out later that day. Like I said, I receive many deliveries throughout the week. No one EVER bangs on my door like it’s an emergency or like they’re law enforcement. Other delivery people knock in a professional way. A couple knocks, and then I ask who it is, receive a response of “Fed Ex” or “postal service” and I then open my door to accept the delivery. Had this particular delivery person done the same I would not be submitting this review.To make matters worse I receive a text saying the medication had been shipped via USPS. After not receiving it several days later I called in to inquire about the medication’s whereabouts. I was told it was THERE at the pharmacy! Then when I relayed my story to the pharmacy tech I was met with the most blasé attitude, bordering on condescending and rude. He blamed me for not opening my door despite my extensive explanation of the events that had left me afraid to open the door. So, now the pharmacy refuses to deliver the medication and attempts to speak with the pharmacist were met with excuses. I understand the pharmacist may be busy, but no attempt was made to take down my name and number and offer a call back.I previously used another independent pharmacy in town that had sadly closed, and they were fantastic. Ultra Care Pharmacy has rude employees that have no issue with the fact that their lack of decorum sent me into a panic attack that day. I received no apology and was told that if I had a problem with their delivery person then I could transfer my prescriptions. That’s the kind of people that work here. I’d give zero stars if I could because this incident left me incredibly shaken for several days afterward.

Quick and easy getting prescription filled and then picked up to go on my day. Technicians are very attentive and greets you right away.
