I have had a consistently disappointing experience with the sales team, despite the other teams being very competent. In the past few years, I have left the showroom twice and purchased my car from another dealer on the same day. It's not necessarily about getting a better deal, but rather their terrible attitude. At this point, the only interaction I have with them is using their services, which are actually good.

The service at the Germantown location has significantly declined. When my service couldn't be completed on time, I wasn't given any status updates. I had to call back myself, only to be transferred to Advisor Mohammed, who was extremely rude and unwilling to help. Very disappointing experience

My experience at Eurocars Germantown has been priceless. My Advisor Dustin C. does an amazing job, going above and beyond to ensure all my issues and concerns are taken good care of. His attention to detail and emphatic nature is unmatched. I always leave a very satisfied Customer every-time I take my truck in for servicing or repairs.

When a luxury car is supported by luxury customer service, it’s a wonderful world! Thank you Kevin Pitamber for the world class customer service I received last Friday when I dropped off my car at Euro motors Germantown. Very professional yet personal! Thank you for keeping hope alive for the service industry!!

I felt like I was back in the eighties with this experience at Euro Motorcars Germantown Service department, similar to dealing with an unscrupulous service department when I was in my 20’s (I didn’t know better). I thought I would never have to experience such a situation with the Mercedes brand, unfortunately we are here now. So the story is, I took my wife’s GL450 - SUV in for a service because it was blowing hot air when I turned on my AC. I faintly remember the wife brought the car for the same reason the prior year in July of 2023, but she was out of the country and I wanted to do her a favor and get this done by the time she returned. I booked an appointment with our service advisor Chris in August 2024 and when I got there I mentioned to him that I thought we were here last year for the same reason. He said, “No, I looked over your past history and we have not serviced your vehicle for any AC issue.” Mind you, we live in the 21st century with a handheld computer (smart phone) that can keep details like this for many years past and future, unless Mercedes decided to cut back on their information system. He then further explained to me that my SUV is 2015 and it’s due for a recharge. Fine, that sounds reasonable at that time so I paid $400+ for the service. When I found my 2023 receipt and confronted the advisor Chris that he was wrong, he kept denying it until I told him I found the receipt. At this point I spent $800+, for two AC refill services that will not solve the problem. There were more runarounds but I will cut to the chase. I brought this up with the floor manager - Mike (Chris Supervisor). Mike explained that the advisor should have asked me to come back after my first AC refilled (done in 2023) to check if there were any leaks. This way I would only have paid for one service to take care of this problem. (Unfortunately I didn’t get this implied credit in writing). Fine, 2 weeks later after 2nd refill and driving the car for 2 weeks, I took the car back. The mechanic re-examined my car and confirmed there was a leak. At this point the service advisor explained they found the leak and to repair this, it would be $1400+, with the $400 credit I paid in 2024 means I would owe $1025, I asked why I didn't get the credit for the 2023 service. Mike said he could not apply that to the bill. So I asked for an itemized prework bill to understand the part and labor breakdown. All I got was a sheet with one line stating: “AC001 - Replace A/C line and seals- $1483”. Again getting to the point, when the repairs were done, I got my final bill with all itemized labor and parts. It came to $1025, no line item that said $400+ was credited to the repair. That just seems so abnormal. I felt like the total repair prework bill was inflated by $400+ so that the service department can say I got the credit. All in all I paid $1725 (2023 + 2024 refill + Leak repair) for this AC service. At this time my trust in Euro Motorcars Germantown Service is crumbling. The right thing I believe should have been a credit $800 against the $1025 leaving me to pay $225 more.
So in summary, My trust in Euro Motorcars Germantown has been compromised by the service advisor and substantiated by the lack of clarity in the prework bill. Worst of all, I feel like this hurt the Mercedes brand all together. I hope this review shed some light for any potential consumers who are thinking to bring their car in for service, and if this is the culture for Euro Motorcars in general, I am seriously thinking if I will go back to get my 3rd Mercedes.

Everything I visit this location for anything; LIAM, is always the same professional, kind and willing to assist me as well as everyone he encounters with a genuine smile. I've been a witness as I waited in the lobby. Please hire more people like Liam. I, and customers, appreciate it immensely!

Liam Miller was the sales person who went out of his way in every respect. He was instrumental in convincing us to buy another Mercedes after having visited half a dozen showrooms. Kamiar Jamali

I partnered with Liam to buy my most recent Mercedes. He was so knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. In addition, the finance manager Senayet was also great to work with. Both Liam and Senayet made the entire experience seamless and stress free!

Just bought home a beautiful GEM/BMW x6, from Euro motorcars. Would not have been possible without the professionalism of Mr. AC, preowned sales advisor. He guided us through the process and was able to make me an offer I could NOT refuse. If you are in the market for a high quality vehicle see him and he will get the preowned manager Mr. Abdul. to make it happen. ?

I recently bought a E450 through a private seller but ended up calling them in order to understand how I would get the Mercedes Myapp transferred to my name. I also called the customer care line to confirm and they said that any dealership can do it for you. I walked into this dealership hoping for the best service since it is in the end a Mercedes dealership and I knew someone who worked in the used-car sales department since I have been in touch with him while I was looking for a car. The new car sales manager helped me and redirected me to the servicing people and when I went to the servicing people they said they it will be the sales people who would do it. In the end Ramesh Kapoor was nice enough to help us to get it done but the stupidity of the dealership providing wrong information was awful. I also faced comments like "oh they bought this car off the road" and sly comments like this from people I had to deal with there. I literally tried buying a car from them, is it my fault that they did not have the car I wanted? Also, I needed to replace a part in the car so I also visited their parts department. As expected they provided me the wrong part number as well. A lot more happened in the sense of misinformation. I would say save your time and take your car to Euromotors Bethesda, they are the nicest people and professional af.
