I purchased a 2021 MB GLE450 from Euromotors Germantown. My car had to be towed twice in less than a year April 2022 and February 2023 for the same issue (malfunctioning 12v battery). As a result i was left with my car and NO loaner vehicle. Additionally my car was just serviced "B" at Euromotors in January of 2023. This has been one of my most regretted purchases

Euro Motorcars Germantown is a great dealership for Mercedes Benz. Yesterday, was my first time taking my car there for service and I was very impressed. They were punctual with my appointment. The service advisor was very understanding and informative as well as very friendly. The ambiance was great. And you could tell that excellent customer service was their goal. I had to take my car back after picking it up for service because the incorrect windshield wiper was installed. They gave me no issues and were more than happy to fix the issue. I would 100% recommend this dealership if you want superb service. 10/10 for sure.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle from Eric Sofon. He was professional & answered all my questions. This location also had a wonderful showroom that had a nice variety of vehicles . I have been to Mercedes of Silver Spring & Mercedes of Alexandria . This is my favorite location for vehicle purchases specifically.

Had a check engine light associated with a technical service bulletin that my local dealer couldn't figure out. I contacted my sales consultant, Steven R, and he immediately engaged service manager, Dustin C, and they set me up with an appointment and service loaner. The service department did the proper research, analysis and repairs to resolve the issue. Not only that, Dustin texted me daily with updates on the progress. This outfit is a class act and at a time where great customer service and follow through seems to be lacking, these gentlemen and those that work with them are truly a class act.

asked his sales person, Eric Sofon, for pictures and a video of the vehicle prior to purchase, which were provided. We will always provide specific/more detailed pictures upon customer's request however, Mr. D did not. Please be mindful that this is a 7-model-year old vehicle with 54,638 miles, therefore it would never be in the same condition as a brand-new vehicle. The front bumper scratches that Mr. D has mentioned might not be a common issue in the California area, however, our Appearance Center sees these quite frequently simply due to the fact that the car front bumper sits much lower, and is more exposed to damage from concrete parking blocks that are more or less standard at any public parking lot. We respectfully disagree that the paint cannot be blended after speaking to our Appearance Center, which confirmed that it can, due to the fact that the scratches are technically below the vehicles front lower bumper. As we have stated before, we will still be happy to extend our $300 offer to Mr. D towards any refinishing he chooses, however, we are in no position to refund the vehicle. We consider this matter closed. Thank you $50k car but scratches and damaged bumper is normal to them. This dealer and their owners are frauds

I leased GLB car from them for normal usage, because i had plan to keep the car after lease I paid 12k in front, because i thought it should be good car and i will get good service from them, so you know it is " Mercedes Benz" but unfortunately car need repair and when I went to their service shop and ask to check the car they informed me car has coolant problem and they need to change a sensor to fix, and they did, car had around18k on mileage at that moment, BUT just after couple of days, car had problem again, it was a miss fire, when I took the cat to the service shop they called me and said i did make mistake car is okay and nothing wrong with the car, but this time I did not give easily and asked them to give me a full report, and later they called me again and they said they have to replace the head of the engine and some value, can believe it car just had less than 24k mileage on it, anyway they replace it, but it took more than the 2 weeks , even they called me and said they did break the radiator when they want to replace the value and they had to replace that too, i understand i did not pay from my pocket any of those replacement and all those under warranty, but their service and their technician was not expert enough to find the problems in the beginning when they replaced the coolant sensors. even they are not good enough to do not damaged other area of the car like they did when they replaced value and head of the engine.so I am very disappointed, but I tried to give them more opportunity to make it up to me. until today when I went for regulars services I asked them to check the car because when i drive above the 70 and hit the break i feel some shacking, they did their inspection and told me they have to replace disc and they want to charge me about $800 for it. which i did remember I complain about in other service days too, and they did not care about it.So i want to share my expertise with everyone here, to make sure do not buy or lease car from them , they have very poor service and very unprofessional technicians for repair. also their cars not worth it to have. i said that because my new car from M.B had some big issue which new car or nay good quality cars should not have it.
