We spoke to James on the phone before our visit even then we could tell he was very respectful and punctual. From the moment we walked in he was kind, thorough and helpful. The personalized test drive was unlike any others I’ve experienced. All of the Criswell Maserati- Alfa Romeo staff provided an elevated experience that took the hassle out of car buying. I went in to explore but left with a car. If you want an excellent car buying experience with a luxury vehicle to match this is a must.

Unfortunately, the technical assistance team did not do a good job analyzing the problem and decided to ignore the information shared by customer stating the conditions under which it happened. I ended up leaving the dealership with the problem unsolved. My issue was a bad liftagate power strut and they insisted I had to take the car to a body shop without even trying to open the gate and verify the situation. Even after I returned to the dealership and showed them the left liftgate strut was basically broken. I ended up having to fix the vehicle myself by simply replacing the bad strut. A 15 minute repair.
I don't think I'll be coming back.
Edit: Criswell's response just proves my point. There's no structural damage to the vehicle. The way they keep insisting on this is very disrespectful and not professional.

Ethan was a phenomenal sales person. He listened, was patient, answered all of our questions, and didn't pressure us to hurry to make a decision. He is a true asset to Criswell Maserati-Alfa Romeo. Kristy made the purchase process easy and pain free. Both of them should be commended for a job well done. I am very happy to be driving my second Alfa.

I dropped off my Alfa 4C to Criswell Maserati for an odd error code. It was causing the vehicle to go into limp home mode. They were able to correctly diagnose the issue and ordered the part that fully cured the issue. The whole process was smooth and fair. I’m very pleased and will use them again.

I was not to happy when my vehicle was returned to me. The battery cabinet was open with the equipment from the spare tire and tools all over the trunk of the my vehicle and not placed back in its original place. The car was not cleaned outside. I didn't receive information on the new equipment placed or how to get the original settings. I am still unable to close the outside mirrors when the car is turned off. The car was delivered to my neighbors house and the drivers didn't say anything they left abruptly.
I really appreciate the contact customer service with the service advisor, Bernie. He kept me informed with the service and delivered my vehicle as stated. That is the only reason I am providing a 4 star. Thanks, Bernie. If it wasn't for Bernie I would have rated the service a 1 star.

Regarding my experience with Alberto Zamoran, the salesman at this dealership, I give him five stars. He is an exceptional salesman—attentive and willing to go above and beyond to assist you.
However, my experience with the dealership as a whole has been disappointing. This level of service is not what I expect from Maserati. The sales manager, Robert Buchanan, deserves one star. He has failed to return emails, phone calls, or voicemails. I purchased a vehicle over a month ago, and my temporary plate is set to expire in 12 days. Despite being in California and trying to resolve this issue for the past three weeks, I have received minimal assistance from the dealership. Although Alberto has made efforts to help, we still have no resolution, and no one is returning my calls.
I am at a loss about what to do with an expired plate and no support from the dealership. This is not the level of service one should receive from a Maserati dealer. The lack of basic amenities, like complimentary water or coffee, is also surprising—even Toyota and Nissan provide these to their customers.
This is my fourth Maserati, and I would not recommend anyone go through this ordeal at this location. The owner should get involved, as Alberto is a great salesman, and customers should not have to endure the stress of unresolved paperwork.
