I tried them again and their service absolutely sucks. No customer interaction. I waited for 15 minutes to order beer at a pretty empty place. Then no one came and asked me if I wanted any food. I sat for 45 min with no one asking me if I was good, did I need anything? I decided to just leave! It took 20 min for me to pay! Customer service is key! If your people are not making the customer feel appreciated, you will lose them!

This plaza is difficult to navigate. I was meeting a friend at the Wegmans Cafe. It was difficult to figure out how to get over there once I entered the plaza. Lots of traffic circles and people don't understand how to use them. Busy all times of the day it seems.
