Seven customers left, six more of us in line, only one teller with nails to long to type, five other bank employees standing around, and a customer who needs permission to take money out of her account. No manager on premisses to approve. Customer waiting 40 minutes+ for service. Seems like you need more tellers that can type, a manger that is on premisses and less employees that can do nothing but stand around and talk. Horrible service. Is it possible to give a negative 5 rating.

I’m a business owner and this branch don’t have manager on duty to help bussiness clients. I had to wait a week for speak with one.

Staff inside the branch are nice and helpful. But, they need to do drastically improve their Drive Through services! The wait time is always at least 15min even if I'm the only car here. I won't use this branch anymore.

Someone at this branch is participating in FRAUDULENT teller withdraw. My purse was stolen from my car in VA and the criminals withdrew money using my id and bank card at this branch. This is an inside job! I want the video of those criminals.

When I submit a review it's because something is really bad or really good. In this case it's really bad. Many reasons not to bank here based on facts only which I can backup. 1)tried to cash $100 money order and $140 check from bowling tournament. They would not cash either even though I had over $4k in my account. They said account has to be open 1 yr. Mine has been open 11 months. 2)When cashing a personal check, your driver's license is not enough (but it's enough at airport security and many other places) 3) In making a simple deposit, have to get slip from teller since they don't have them sitting out which means a long wait when there's a line. 4) Opened my account last December because of promotion they offered. Went in person to open account and told them I was doing promotion. After 9 months I went to bank and told them I didn't see the $200 bonus for opening that was suppose to show after 90 days. The person checked and couldn't figure out why I hadn't received it so he looked into it further. After a month he told me main office said there was no promotion mailed to my address. I brought the promo in they mailed to me to show him and he said someone would call me about it. Got call and they said I needed the code on the mailer. Told them I brought it to bank but she said that was not good enough. At that point I had enough and will be moving my account in the coming days.

The atm they have in their drive thru is very quick and efficient. I Was able to complete my transactions in under a minute compared to the atms at capital one and Bank of America, of which I always have to wait 5-10 mins for the machine to even count the cash!

Horrible service I deposited a certified check they put a hold on the check and it took a long time to receive my money . I'll make sure once it clears to take my business else where!!!!

One of the worst service and rude staff…lady told me you have $201 deposit then when i count it’s different amount and when i said about this she started yelling on me and telling me its machine not me…Instead apology…She and staff came and gave me deposit back instead fix things..and started yelling me crazy…we are customers..they can’t talk to me like this…Rude staff..that’s why i change my bank and i will tell other people not to go this bank as staff is rude..

Slow due to short staff but the teller had a very bad attitude. I shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes just to get a debit card. Worst location!

1 -28-2021 around 4.15 pm I was there for information the lady in maroon suit so rude to me the corporation take it serious because I'm going to tell my friends and family don't do any business with this Bank or you should Hire educated people not unprofessional she don't even know how to talk to the client
