The cashier/customer service rep there was truly helpful. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but she was great. We got everything we needed for the move for a friend's mom. Prices were reasonable and affordable. Will definitely recommend since I didn't even know it was back up in the cut. Thanks

Journey the GM is the worst person ever. She does value customer. Her team informed me that my uboxes did not arrived so she can charge me storage fee. She refuses to apologize. Do not use this facility. If I can give it a negative review I would. Worst person ever.

My experience while renting a Cargo Van from U-Haul is mentionable. The front desk employee was from the beginning to the end very professional, the young man who helped me is a new employee that handled things like a pro not like an in training employee. You would not have known he's only been on the job for two weeks. I was really impressed by his social skills/interactions. It was as if he was an old friend and appeared to be knowledgeable about a couple of conversations we were having. Telephone rings and I was waiting to see how he would handle the calls that came in, he called another employee in to assist with the calls and related why they were calling. I nodded my head saying to myself, I would hired this person on the spot.

This location is beyond poorly ran. It's 3 days before Christmas and I've received 2 emails and several phone calls for a Unit that I NO LONGER have possession of since June 2016. They called me stating that I owed 3,642.25 for a UNIT I NO LONGER HAVE.This isn't the first time they called me to collect on this UNIT but even though I Informed them that I no longer had the Unit cause an Employee was constantly calling me days before my bill was due, the morning the bill was due and made me extremely uncomfortable. When I brought it to managements attention, he didn't care or address the issue.I felt the employee actions were not only harassing but it also scared me. The last time I paid my fee and felt that since the manager didn't take my concerns seriously, so whatever I needed I took and left the door unsecured. Before I could even get to the main road this employee was calling me and stating that my Unit was not secure. She wasn't in the office when I paid my bill and like I said She called me immediately after I left because she had went to my unit for what reason I don't know and then called. This CREEPED ME OUT!I have and email dated June 16, 2016 stating that I was 15 days Past Due. It stated that if I didn't pay the Balance of $84.95 within 15 days my right to the storage unit would be terminated and I would be charged $50 and a Lien put on my Personal Belongings still in the Unit. When I asked the current female to stop calling me and that I didn't owe that money. She was rude and belligerent. She then tried to send me a Notification of Abandonment of Stored Goods and just told me to sign it and send it back and I wouldn't have to worry about anything. When I asked about the balance supposedly due which I knew was incorrect she thought I was d*** and tried it.The Notification of Abandonment of Stored Goods and Authorization to dispose of the same. States that I maybe held responsible for any disposal, cleaning and hauling charges that may result for me ABANDONING A UNIT!I asked was there a lock on the Unit, She stated Yes, which I then informed her that the lock wasn't mine. I left it unsecured when I took my stuff out of storage May of 2016.I will be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Consumer Affairs and I may seek Civil Action for there continued Harassment. Especially with it being so close to Christmas and the fact that I have a letter dated in June 2016 that states differently. If I do file a Civil Suit, I will be seeking the $5000.00 max that I can request due to their negligence and consistent harassment for a situation that is OVER 4 Years old. Were in a Pandemic, people aren't working, struggling to pay there Rent. Struggling to buy Food and they're harassing people cause of their negligence adding unwarranted stress and being argumentative on the phone which the clearly have no right to do.I asked nicely to be left alone even sent an email stating the fact and requested not to be contacted. After they received the email they called my phone and when i sent it to voice mail they called right back.HARASSMENT! Causing Emotional Distress. I got the emails and record of phone calls to prove it.

Outstanding service. I booked a pickup in the morning for 5-7pm the same day (Monday 27 July). When I arrived, their computer system was down. I showed them my online booking and they gave me a truck right away. I took it to Costco to pick up two large pieces of furniture - truck was perfect size. Dropped them off at home, got gas, and returned the truck. It was a little after closing, and as I was trying to work out the online return process, the last employee leaving, who had given me the truck, stopped his car to check on me. He took the keys and contract and reopened the store to take care of it, explaining the computer was still down so the online return might be off as well (the national system thought I had not picked up the truck). Also, employees and customers were wearing appropriate COVID masks when I was there.

Employees were not complying with state and county executive orders to wear face masks when interacting with customers in late April during the covid19 pandemic, despite Montgomery County having the second highest rates of infection in the state. Brought concerns to the manager who promised to address them and call me back, but did not.

Moving is stressful - period. Service providers can - through incompetence or indifference - add to that stress. Or they can do whatever is in their power to accommodate their customers and see that they are treated with respect and an understanding of the stresses of moving.

Been using uhaul for most of my life. Never had a great experience but it was convenient. In my recent move I had an absolute disaster of a time with the prospect uhaul dealer in frederick who charged my card over $1000 by accident. This was 3 weeks ago and still no manager has contacted me and they won't answer their phone. I went in to Airpark upset and low and behold I met Dionte. From a general manager of a business this guy has it all. He completely restored my confidence and respect for uhaul. To take my situation and have me leaving happy was his absolute commitment to guest service. Dionte is a very rare guy and the business world needs more Dionte's in it. Well done sir I will never rent from anyone other then you.
