We used Tropix laundry service, paid to have them wash my clothes just for them my clothes to have bleach stains. When we told them about the situation and showed them the items, they laughed and said oh well.

I stopped in for the first time today to wash a comforter and duvet cover. Wendy, the young woman working, was extremely helpful and pleasant. The atmosphere was peaceful and the store was very clean. I would highly recommend this store to my friends.

Came in before 10 and was still told by the man working there that I couldn't wash because last wash is 10pm. I told him it wasn't 10 yet and he still refused to let me wash.

A nice, clean, and friendly atmosphere. The employees are always ready to help and very nice. They have new washer and dryers that are new and well maintained.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this Laundromat. My washer broke and trying to get a new one is not only expensive but it would take forever to get it delivered. So in the meantime I looked up a Laundromat near me in Gaithersburg that had good reviews. Well this spot is all the hype it has gotten. Wendy showed me around and explained how each machine worked, how long the cycles were, and how to pay with the card system they have. The cards are very similar to a metro card where you can refill the money every time you need to. They have small, medium and large machines that can accommodate even the largest quilt or comforter. The dryers are all huge and hold all of your items in one machine. This facility is very clean, even the bathrooms! I give this business 7 stars and recommend anyone who needs to get their laundry done to come here.

I had several large blankets that I needed to wash.Typically I do it myself but all machines were occupied.I used the laundry service. 17lbs of blankets and the total came out to be $16.96 (1st time customers get a $10 discount) they did a great job with it.Highly recommend

This laundromat got everything. The staff understands you and give you great customer service. The manager is very helpful and employees abide to clean standards and work with excellence .I have been to others in the area and they seem to be missing something rather is neat and clean place or staff that don’t understand or listens to your needs but you guys do ALL OF THEM WELL on this location…Customer for life :)

I love this laundromat, I’m an older lady and Wendy is always helping me out with everything I need! The laundromat is always clean, the bathroom is clean as well. If you are scared of laundromats I say this is the laundromat for you because of the help they offer you and the ladies always make you feel welcome !

Every single time I've gone to do my laundry its been great! it is always so clean and well organized. the staff is always readily available to help when first time customer's have trouble washing or drying their clothes for the first time. I want to also highlight Wendy! every time i come in i am always greeted with a smile and pleasant conversation, and is quick to give me a hand when i need. thank you!

I have been going to Tropix for about 5 years. I am not a fan of washing clothes, I bring my clothes to Tropix and have them wash and fold everything for me. They are fast, extremely polite and courteous. I have never had any problems with this place. Keep up the excellent work!
