My experience with the Truist Bank at Flower Hill in Gaithersburg MD was the worst I had with a bank on the 30 years . Incompetente staff, new ridiculous requirements and a refusal to even acknowledge they may need to improve their customer service . They even make it difícult to make small deposits that can be done at any ATM . When an ATM can do a better job than your tellers , it is maybe time to rethink your own professional ethics . After a terrible visit at the window, went inside to call the attention of the Branch Manager Marsha Thomas . Instead to acknowledge she spend my short visit try to convince me that I was delusional . Her office sign that said “branch leader” or lack of I think says it all .I would not recommend my worst enemy to open an account with this new bank and much less to visit this branch . I will shorty sort out my automatic payments and put this financial relationship on my back mirror .

Cecilia is the worst, should not be representing a branch manager with that attitude and poor customer service.

My husband and I are theirs customers for years, I personally had experience with a scammer as an auction website and they solved problem immediately. Also when we had multiple overdrafts because getting pay late, they helped get rid off multiple overdrafts to be only one.Today we just found out that Suntrust was the one that’s giving out the backpacks for everyone in flower hill elementary last Monday to help family during distance learning due to the covid-19 pandemic, so children can travel from daycare and home or just to keep theirs school supplies in one place.

Terrible customer service, if you don't have an account they try to force!!! you to get one and the manager is very rude! If you can go to another location please! Do!

Truly a first rate ATM experience. Even if you bank elsewhere, this ATM should not be missed.
