The negative reviews are unfortunate to see. But I can certainly speak for myself. I had a fabulous experience with John today. Came in with a pretty niche product need that the local Home Depot did not have in stock. Without skipping a beat, John walked right over to the shelf, pulled down a box and handed me the EXACT part. John was a great listener, super knowledgeable and handled everything in under a few minutes. Top class service! Would strongly recommend this location for any plumbing needs. Thanks John!

the worst experience I had in a store, I was looking for a simple plumbing part. and the attendant looked at my part and said I don't have that part, he didn't even bother to look for it, I even asked you are plumber suppliers it's impossible not to have this sins but he and his laziness didn't pay any attention

The counter guys are very professional, friendly and helpful. The store is small so inventory if limited but for most day to day items they have it.

Being a professional HVAC/plumber the gaithersburg location has most of the things I need on a daily basis. For any homeowner they should have every thing you would need for a weekend project.

So I came in under unusual circumstances. I'm an esthetician and a piece of equipment in my spa broke. I brought in my very obscure part And Ernest saved the day!!!! He didn't treat me any differently because I was a woman, which can happen when you go into these kinds of places! Now my business can stay up and running and my clients can get amazing facials again!!!
