Yasir helped us find a new sectional for our living room. They didn’t have what I was looking for at the first location so he sent me over to the other one where they had a lot of larger sectionals to choose from. We found the perfect thing for us and got a fair price. Delivery was pretty fast with no issues. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience working with Claudia in search for a love seat and matching chair for my living room. She was professional and looking out for us as the first set of furniture we chose and settled on actually had a defect which she called to inform me BEFORE it was shipped. From there, I was able to choose a different set at no additional cost which wound up being a better option anyway. If you are local and/or in search for furniture, give these guys a visit. I was looking for a particular sectional but couldn't find it in the area. Would've had to wait months for delivery but Bobby's Furniture was able to order it and get it within 2 weeks. Delivery service was on time, even in the rain, and the delivery guys were fast, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately, within 30 days, there was a manufacturing issue with the sectional (not the fault of Bobby's Furniture), and a portion of the sectional needed to be replaced. Bobby's Furniture quickly addressed the issue and replaced the defective piece within 2 weeks, no questions asked. I didn't have to go through the extended warranty to make a claim. Would definitely buy from them again and have recommended them to others as their customer service is excellent, plus I prefer to support local small businesses.
