Came in looking for a snack and found broken glass on the floor so I notified the manager Mr. Shay , he then kicked me out of the store not even 5 minutes later. His reasoning being I can’t browse for more than 5 minutes because its a place of business. Yeah okay buddy, this is the same guy who restocked a sweet cream coffee creamer with an expiration date labeled back to 2022. I told him about this a couple weeks back and he said thats just the sell-by date so its fine. Its dairy , thats not how it works. Don’t believe me? Go in there yourself and you’ll see the sweet cream next to the coffees with the 2022 expiration date, and maybe some broken glass on the floor too since the manager clearly is only worried about clocking the potential customers instead of keeping the store safe.

NEVER PAY BY CARD HERE. They use an illegal tactic and steal $100 from your card before any legitimate transaction goes through, and then they only return your money if you notice on your statement and call to complain.
Who knows how many people have been stolen from and how much money they've scammed in total? I pray that an official investigation gets launched and the law gets involved and enforced.

I have mixed feelings about leaving a less than excellent review since the owners are nice people, but I need to be honest.This was my go to 7-11 for years but lately I’ve decided to stop going there for a number of reasons. First, I got food (beef jerky) that was well past its sell by date. They aren’t keeping up on rotation of stock. I’ve noticed other items past the sell by dates and pointed it out to employees who are dismissive. “Ok, I’ll tell the owner.” is the reply I get.Then I had a confrontation with a male clerk who works there in the afternoon. He insisted my card was defective or being declined. It wasn’t. It was there card machine. He got really indignant and impatient with me. I walked out and left the stuff on the counter. This guy ALWAYS has an attitude and if I walked in and saw him at the counter I just walked right back out.Lastly, for MONTHS their latte machine has not been working. It was dispensing cold lattes and sometimes sour milk! It would also only fill the cup halfway and the espresso would be cold. I have told the employees and even the owners several times and they just say, “Ok, we are going to have it repaired. Its been going on for months. Lately in the afternoons Ive gone for coffee and the urns are all empty. How/why does this even happen? Then, if you can get coffee the creamer dispenser is empty. The place has just really gone downhill since the summer and I can’t help but avoid going there now. Sorry.

This morning, the self-described owner of store told me that people receiving welfare assistance and food stamps don't want to work at 7 eleven and that's why their coffee espresso machine did not have milk for my drink. Yeah. He really said that.

So with my daily commute starting early, it's obviously hard to find a bathroom this early. So I remember this particular location has one. Upon entering I noticed 2 bathrooms 1 on the left & right. The left was locked so the employee says to use the other one. Firstly I wouldn't have made it anywhere else if I tried. 2ndly of course the light doesn't work & there's no toiletries available. The employee hands me paper towels & I'm forced to have to relieve myself by phone flashlight. While doing this I blatantly hear another employee in & out of the locked bathroom. I can only assume they were keeping that one for themselves. Wrong isn't even the word. You don't know how hard it is in the dark unless you've tried to,

it feels d*** rating a 7-11 but i find myself around here often and this one tall black dude he does not let u use the bathroom every time he'll say it's broken there have been times i just ask another employee and they'll let me like no big deal. but he rolls his eyes and is very rude any and every time i've come in desperate need to use a restroom which i'm always buying something so it's not like i'm not a customer. i understand it must be frustrating to clean a bathroom but that's a part of the establishment is it not. they literally have two bathrooms one being for customers even times i've come in obviously in desperate need to use one he rudely says they don't have one or something even though i know they do it's just so rude bc obviously if i'm trying to pee at 711 i'm desperate to begin. hope he reads this u suck i should've let my bf come in to pee on the floor like he wanted for being so rude

Don't know if it was the manager but the guy was rushing everyone in the line. He was being impatient of these two kids that were ahead of me. They were using coins and the guy was rushing them and tell them to hurry up. So rude and impatient.

Gas station area needs some serious help all around , it's dirty , no paper towels, either no water ( too dirty) in the containesr to clean the windshields.
