“Can't say enough good things about this place. Brought in my son's Switch after having my old iPod fixed there years ago. Was pleased that they still had my info in the system, which sped up the process. A guy greeted me, listened, took a quick look, and gave me an ultimately correct diagnosis with a price. I decided to shop around at 1st, but came right back a day or two later. Was told it'd be a couple days, but was surprised to get a call 3 hours later that it was done! Picked it up that night and it's been good as new. Highly recommended.”

So the thought of buying a new phone and teaching her how to navigate was a little over whelming . “I dropped my car off with these guys a day after reaching out to get a quote…I didn’t book an appointment, instead I left the vehicle with this team with hopes that the tech could install the system within a week or so. LSS, I received a call that the vehicle audio install was complete and that I’d love the quality on the same day of drop off. I am impressed with Audio Connection. “My service there was great!
Firstly, Andrew was amazing! He answered all my questions and even stayed on hold with customer service for at least half an hour to ensure my discount went through. Not only that, but he set a reminder in his phone to call me to ensure that discount was actually activated by the date customer service gave him. He was very personable and patient.
Emmanuel was also great & was the first to greet me! He took his time to explain everything and was very nice! A few days later I had to go back in because I had a question about an app and even though he was heading out because he was off for the day, he stayed late to help me figure it out!

I honestly can't say the same for their co-workers. They all seemed indifferent and came off as they did not want to be there. One in particular seemed very verbally aggressive when dealing with customers and it honestly made me uncomfortable.”
“Brandon at this store is always very nice and goes above and beyond when other stores would just tell you no. I didn’t have a receipt for a return and he called a tech department and got my transaction number and other details and was able to process my return. “I had the BEST experience there! I just drove from NYC and had to stop before made it to my final destination. I went in for black opal products in the make up section but they did not have any! I asked Jacklyn the department manager (I did not know this at the time) for assistance and she was so kind and helpful to help me choose a different product! It was 1015pm close to closing and she was still so patient and kind as well as helpful. Thank you so much Jacklyn it was an absolute pleasure shopping at this target! She even informed me about joining “Target Circle”. She took the time to help me add my phone number to my already existing account so that I could receive a 20% discount on the make up products and 15% discount on personal products! I LOVEEE A DISCOUNT AND/Or A GOOD SALE! I saved over $20 just because Jacklyn took the time to help me!
Jacklyn at such a late hour went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed as a customer and I am completely satisfied as a visitor to the state and to this particular Walmart! With a positive and helpful attitude like Jacklyn has, I am sure she will make it far in life!

“Desperate for a refrigerator that would meet my very specific requirements (French door, bottom freezer, no handle, drawers that would come out for cleaning with the doors open at 90 degrees, and not impossibly small), I visited 8 new and used appliance stores in two days. And Dennis was by far the most helpful salesman I met at any of them. So I bought a refrigerator from him but then the next day I found one I liked better at Home Depot. Thankfully, Dennis allowed me to exchange the one I had already bought for the better model at no charge, plus he matched the Home Depot price. A bonus is that’ll the guys who delivered the new refrigerator a few days later were awesome—they took away the old one, a heavy beast, with no trouble and got the new one in and set up very quickly. I will definitely come back the next time I need an appliance!”
