Excellent customer service. However the storage we rented had a huge vine growing inside when we returned 9 months later and several spiders. Unexpected but still turned out ok.

When our house flooded due to a busted pipe the company doing the repairs recommended Cubes storage to go, Cubes helped us out. The lady I spoke to in the office was understanding, helpful and friendly. They understood the urgency and had the cube delivered the same day. The driver was professional and was very careful setting the cube on our property. I had no issues while storing my stuff in the cube except a small issue with the door (to be fair i had the cube for a year). but the office sent someone out right away to fix the problem. the cube was a convenient way to store my stuff and have it close by. So when my husband needed to clean out his shed to rebuild it we called cubes to go again. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

This was one of the worst experiences ever. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY. There cubes do not seal properly around doors and they will be almost garunteed to get infested with mice and ruin anything fabric paper cardboard inside. Furniture clothes etc. We rented a cube from them from November to March while our home was being built and it was infested with mice and destroyed half the contents. I called the company asking for them to cover the damages or at the very least extend a credit back for the payments we had made, as we had beds couches clothes ruined. The woman who runs the office at this location I think may be a relation to Satan himself. One of the rudest nastiest people I have ever encountered in a customer service position. She very bluntly said they aren't paying for s*** and we needed to advise them of exact damage to cube before the event occurred. Of course the cube by all appearances looks sealed and fine but once we got mice scurrying while emptying the pod they ran right through the door slides where there is a finger sized gap. This gap is present on all of there pods so heads up it will get infested. Also they offered no credit refund of any kind stating that they don't cover any damages inside units even if it is due to there pods being faulty. Since we didn't tell them how to fix there pods soon enough.. If you want to meet a relation of Satan just swing on in to fruitland to there location and have a chat with her before you decide to go with this company.
