The only reason why im not giving them a 5 star is due to the lack of communication, we rarely got updates unless we were the ones calling or emailing. But Nick absolutely deserves 5 stars, he explained everything about our 30 point inspection thoroughly and patiently, walked us through what needed to be fixed and what could wait, helped us with paperwork, and constantly kept us in the loop. He did an amazing job by making us feel at ease. I will say the build looks incredible, and I couldn't be happier with it, I mean who doesnt want to be 17 driving a sick unit. ✌️

Krietz is top notch! Meghan, Kyle, and Scooby all made me feel like family. They recommended things to help keep my vehicle in tip top shape and the work is well done. I give them 5 stars!

Great place to buy a tricked out vehicle. The owner and staff were very friendly. Both Dylan who sold me the truck and Nick who walked me patiently through the add ons were great to work with… I highly recommend….

I have tried a few local tint places on previous vehicles and Krietz is by far the best!! From the quality of their work to the products they offer, you won’t find better. The knowledge and customer service provided by Scooby and Marissa was wonderful, and they helped me decide what would suit my needs best. Fantastic experience with Krietz Customs...recent purchaser of a Ram 1500 and the Krietz team worked with me to get the wheel & tire package that I wanted along with a set of running boards installed on the truck for a reasonable price. Very friendly staff and wouldn't hesitate to use them for other custom accessories in the future.

This is the most amazing company and the best experience I ever had buying a vehicle. I would recommend anyone looking for a custom truck, this is the place to go. Great experience from start to finish, I drove down from NY, had a loaner car ready for me and then picked it up one week later, they finished exactly when they said they would, I would highly recommend. I have a 2020 gmc 2500 and Krietz installed an 8” lift, wheel and tires and powered running boards. I couldn’t be any happier with this truck. Thank you to the Krietz team and will definitely recommend.

DO NOT waste your valuable time here. Negotiated a vehicle for over a week. Send them my trade in VIN, photos. ETC. We came to an agreement for the purchase With someone named Gavin and James. Send the application in , they ran my credit three times. Next day I texted them if there was an update. They say that unfortunately they sold the vehicle. Really Unprofessional. Happy it happened because I can't imagine getting a vehicle from a company like this.
