“Was in service for an alignment because had just bought new tires, and the service indicator came up on my dash. Had done some internet research on shops near me, and I was already familiar with them from Alexandria. So this morning I drove down to the shop and it wasn't busy. Since I was a first-time customer, I filled out an intake sheet. Asked them about an alignment and she said about an hour and a half. So I caught an Uber home but before I left one of the service techs was taking my car into the bay. So when I got back home I got a call 15 minutes later that my car was ready. Got there joked that I had a coupon and do they take them, good laughter. Had a quick conversation about cars and I left. Quick, easy, good customer service! Alignment $110/tax.”

“Each and every person, whether via phone or in person, was extremely professional, attentive, and helpful. The shuttle service was also great, on-time and reliable. It was wonderful not to have to stay at the shop all morning while waiting for my brake sensor to be repaired. I was initially hesitant to take my BMW there since I've only ever had it serviced and repaired at a BMW repair shop. However, this was the best car service/repair and auto shop customer service that I've experienced in a long time. So much so that I'm writing a review, which I never do. I will definitely be a repeat customer.”
