Once again this location fails me.. the worker named Lawrence is very rude and even while on the phone talking to customers he is mean.. so I'm surprised he still has a job! Please get it together!!

My experience in this store were "ONE OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE" Eric the technician that assist me was so friendly, professional, helpful and patient. Mark the manager was so professional, great leadership to him. I'm not a big fan of T-Mobile, I'm a long time Sprint member. But Eric has showed me what customer service was with Sprint, now with T-Mobile. Thank you again for having that leadership! for the store. Eric, a big THANK YOU TOO YOU. Excited for having my phone back.

We not recommend the wait is crazy and the associate that was trying to help me was very rude asked how to spell my name I told him and he spelled it incorrectly on purpose saying it’s fine.

Untrained customer service personnel prolonged simple transactions such as purchasing internet service. The manager was giving instructions to the new trainee while sitting down across the room. The wait time was almost an hour.

This places is a waste of space. There is no order when you walk into this establishment. Do you take a #? Do you walk to the sales person and ask for help? Nope, they put your name on a sheet of paper, not a tablet. Shame on Tmoble

Tried to return a gateway that i had but got replaced by T mobile over customer support. For "some odd reason" they wont take the gateway or they just feel like they don't want. I came in about a week after my new gateway got to my house and some guy working there said he couldn't find my account (i didn't know account number) but i gave him all of my account info to fInd the account (customer support does it all the time all they need is ur name last 4 of your social etc) find he claims he still couldn't it for some "reason". Went back today with my account number and they still wouldn't take it. Would give them 0/10 if i could. I would advise everyone stay away from here

If I could do 0 stars I would. Whatever you do people don’t do t-mobile I had my own phone and went in just for a prepaid SIM card. The associate kept asking me to key in my ssn. I received my bill statement and I owe $2500, I called they stated I bought Apple Watch apple tablet and other items. I went to the store and the associate was fired because he done the same to other customers. Tmobile knows the guy was fired to this incident and when I call to get it removed off my credit report they say the account belongs to me because it has my name and ssn this company hires people don’t do background checks and will hold you accountable for theft that their employees at the time has committed I beg you choose another provider.
