I feel the worst experience. They had my animals for almost 8 hours. They were dropped off at 10 am, and they were not finished until 4 pm. Very unprofessional. People stop supporting them because they are around they corner. They need to be shut down. My animals act differently like they drug them or something when I picked them up and they add more money for everything and don't tell you the price until you pick your animals up hidden cost why.i will never take my animals back stop supporting them people and they are rude and nasty attitudes very unprofessional like you need them I'd rather keep going to peco and they are cheaper. And you get discounts

Ms. KEYONNA - The master stylist and Groomer is sooooo good with the fur babies as it pertains to the grooming and care as well as the styling. I have been with her for almost 10 ears and she just really cares greatly for these fur babies and her work displays it.

Max loves his stylist Lori! He refuses to go anywhere else! He has a standing appointment every month! His favorite thing about going to the salon is coming home with a different neck scarf that coordinates with the holiday of the month! Max gives Pooch Styles a 5 paw rating!

Richard does a decent job grooming my puppy. Customer service could definitely use an overhaul though. They’re not really nice or personable here.

Prices are steep but worth the care. They do a really good job with my dog baby. I only get his nails trimmed and buffed (baths at home) and they know exactly how to do them. I have not been satisfied with places like Petco and PetSmart which are extremely cheaper but as my saying goes... you get how much you pay for. So now I'm with Pooch Styles.

It was the first time I have taken my girls for a haircut. I knew my yorkipoo Coconut would be hard to work with because she's scared of everyone. After following Keyonna for sometime on social media I had no worries leaving them there. When I got back the girls looked great and Coconut was walking around like she owned the joint! We'll be back!

I've been taking my cat here for almost a year. He's been in Laurie's expert hands and she doesn't disappoint. My guy is a little shy and skiddish, and he's never been traumatized by his grooming sessions with her. He's always purring like a baby when I pick him up. Laurie always communicates with me about his session and executes my requests. I like her style so much that she'll groom his brother in May. The prices are reasonable and fair. Kudos for providing a safe place for my animals to be groomed.
