DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . The resident agent of this company is unethical, incompetent, unprofessional, uncooperative, and lacks accountability. He also lacks effective communication and has poor customer service. His website claims that they "offer quality auto repairs backed by years of experience." This statement is false. When I picked my vehicle up most of the work was extremely delayed. He worked on my car for 3 1/2 months , and still never completed my repairs. In fact, the repairs were incomplete, and poorly executed. Upon inspecting my vehicle, I noticed that there were broken parts, missing parts, faulty work, and new damage that didn't exist prior to being in Francisco's possession. The check engine light was on, I had no front tag, and I was hearing noises under the hood caused by Francisco's faulty work. I later discovered loose screws under the hood, missing screws, zip ties holding parts together, and my vehicle was jerking when I drove. I heard parts moving under my hood, and metal rubbing together when I turned the wheel. Furthermore, my auxiliary batter was missing so my vehicle's electrical and safety features stopped working. My weather sensor was also missing, and my speed sensor was damaged. Additionally, I had a large gap in the hood because Francisco didn't install it correctly. Water drained under the hood when it rained. Essential components under the hood got wet as a result. I informed Francisco immediately because I was afraid of the water causing more damage. When I brought these things to his attention, he refused to fix both the faulty repairs, and new damages incurred.
