Whomever the dispatcher was was extremely rude he cursed at me (I was helping a neighbor out) because there was a language barrier they were given the wrong address and even after he (the dispatcher) was given the correct address he never apologized for his unprofessional foul language. The delivery men were professional and nice but the dispatcher was extremely rude if I could give negative starts for customer experience I would!!!! If it wasn’t for the delivery men being professional and polite I would think that thee entire team was like the dispatcher he’s not customer friendly and a terrible representative for the company he needs to be placed elsewhere.

Amazing! I walked in, picked out couches, had a great conversation, my items were delivered by two very nice guys, and I'm sitting on my couches, all in 3 hours!!!!!!!

We had Mr. Henry order a power recliner for us that the store doesn't normally stock. Recliner arrived at the store, then delivered and set-up in our home. Mr. Henry is a pleasure to do business with, so much so that we went back less than a week later and bought a new sofa chaise. The two gentleman that delivered the chair amd sofa were friendly, polite and professional. We're very pleased with Henry's Furniture and will be repeat customers.

Great value for your money. Not a whole lot of mattresses at the moment. Staff was nice enough to show us some options. Pictures for sale on the wall are extremely overpriced and outdated by more than 20 years.

They delivered the furniture sat it my front room did not assemble when they told me they did assemble when I purchased the furniture. when I called to address my concerns he was very little concerned about pleasing his customers as possible. cheap material for high price

Worst place ever to buy your furniture. They will take more than a month to send it to you, then you will receive defective furniture. Whenever you will try to discuss the issue with the representative, I don't know if he is the owner, he shout bully words and even try to threaten you by saying he will call you on justice for harassment. They don't take responsibility for their mistake, if you don't act clever, you won't get anything back to normal.
