“I took my 2024 Palisade Cali in to have electric running boards installed. Nick did a fabulous job. They look awesome. Evan did a great job communicating with me during the day with updates. The shop was very clean and they were both very friendly. I would highly recommend them. Very professional! My Cali is HOT!”

“So the economy sucks super hard right now, and like most everyone it’s been a struggle for our family, it came to a point I had to sell some items of value to make it work this week. I came in to this location because it was the closet to me. I’m glad it was, I came it and explained I needed to get some cash for groceries and the items I had weren’t something they buy (silver) but we ended up making a deal on a few things. I was happy, Simon was a pleasure and felt like someone I had known my entire life. Dale was fun to talk to, and they both made the transaction a whole lot less stressful on me. Even so I came back a few days later with other things of value, and as soon as Simon seen me, he recognized me! Now that’s customer service.”
“Went in today to see if I was eligible for T-Mobile phone service. Christian greeted me right away and was able to assist me in getting a new line/phone. He was very knowledgeable with current deals and worked very fast and was efficient. I had left another location on Frankford minutes prior due to not being greeted and waiting twenty minutes when I could've been serviced. I'm glad I chose to leave that one and come to this store I highly recommend this location.”
“My laptop has a monitor issue. I went to the knowledge service desk and I was faced with 2 options. Let's just say the guy helped me save some money and double check my laptop issue. All I needed was a monitor and now all is well.”

I still love this store and couldn't rate them badly based off of my one bad experience. I do hope the manager does have a conversation with the employee who provided the nasty experience.”

“It is 8/20/2023 , 7pm. I stopped at this 711 per chance as I’m traveling from Florida to NY. Just so happened to stop here to grab some ice. I don’t usually leave reviews for regular in and out stores but I had to leave a comment because I was so pleasantly surprised by the female worker who was on staff tonight. She was holding doors for customers, and even carried an older gentleman’s drink tray to his car and waited for him to get in the car to hand it to him. I’m not sure if this is normal for employees out here as I’m from NYC but I’ve never seen a 711 employee go above and beyond in that manner. I don’t know her name but I hope the manager sees this and knows who I’m speaking about. Top tier employee, she deserves a raise. All 7/11 employees could learn a thing or two from this woman! God bless her!”

“I stopped by to look for a TV. I had done a little research but hadn't decided on a particular model. I was assisted by Ben Kelley and what an amazing asset he is to that store and to the customers. He took the time to show me different TV models and did comparisons so I could clearly see the differences in the models and how they worked best for my needs. Ben was also extremely knowledgeable of the different brands and technology used in the TVs. He took the time to answer all of my questions and I never felt rushed. He helped me pick out a mount and other items I needed.
He was a pleasure and I was very fortunate to be assisted by him.
Ben provided a wonderful customer service experience!

“I went to the Bel Air Best Buy today to buy a Switch OLED and walked out with a new OLED switch + an open box tv (LG QNED class 80). The two guys that helped me (& my mom who came with me) were awesome. I wish we got their names before leaving but didn't think of it til we were already on our way home. But the two guys there were super helpful while I was deciding which model to purchase and were also honest as well which is super important for those of us who rarely drop $900 on a single purchase. They were friendly as well. I work in customer service too, so I truly appreciate when the staff are kind and don't feel like you're a bother when you ask them for help. The open box tag said no accessories; however, they checked in the back as it was a display tv and were able to find the mount and remote which was a huge help and saved me from having to buy those in addition to the tv. Great store with good deals and wonderful staff as far as I could tell from this experience. I'll be back for future purchases.”

“This Is my Childhood Location of 7-11 that I've been Shopping and Eating from! The Staff has Always been Helpful, Friendly, and Kind to Me, My Siblings, Parents and Offspring! THE Store can use some updates and maintenance, but still stands the Test of Time! This is the only Location I ever come to for Slurpees, Good Pizza, Drinks and Snacks that does NOT empty my Wallet in this terrible Economy!”

“My wife and I have been customers of this 7-11 for over 40 years, since we were kids. My brother and several good friends have worked there over the years (one's still there) and the Hefner's have always been there for Fallston, whether you need a cup of coffee before you blast down the back roads to 695 or something to eat at 3AM when you forget to go to the grocery store, fair weather or foul (they were the only place that stayed open during the Blizzard of '78). I have a lot of good memories of our 7-11. It's one of the last places left that still feels like home around here.”
