Dropped in this past Saturday to get a little lifting in and was blessed enough to witness this awesome box in action! First person I saw immediately helped me find my way, get signed up on the wavier and pointed out the need to knows. Every single person was friendly, encouraging, and helpful! Stuck around to watch the 9:30am class and the warm-up, skill/strength work, and wod were on point!

I went in today a little nervous because i know crossfit is no joke. I was welcomed with such open arms and no judgement and total acceptance. It was awesome!! I got a great workout, i loved the coach who watched my form and reminded me of the exercise i was doing she was so helpful!!!

I’ve been to a few other CrossFit gyms and this one is by far the best. The community is great, the coaches are awesome, the programming is right on, and its pushing me daily!!! Prodigy is easily where my husband and I spend most of our free time. I would recommend anyone to join !!

It's a nice gym, if your need is just cross-fit or if you've done cross fit before. Then come here. Except for me the day I went here none of the trainers were actually there, even though the lady called me to a few days before to confirm ? One of the people showed me everything. It's a great gym and the ppl are really friendly except I don't think it fully suited what I was looking for, a fully gym with treadmills/cardio equipment. This is just a cross fit gym. It's great for that and I think if I live a little closer I would sign up.

You ever been punched in the Fuckin mouth but it felt good? This is what this gym is like, the staff is awesome they will explain how you should move why you're moving this way and what mussels should be engaged then the push will begin!

In town visiting a good friend and dropped in before our golf tournament. Owner and coaches were great and even helped me hit a PR... the community is extremely welcoming and felt like I was at home in St. Paul, Minnesota. Highly recommend! A friend and I decided to try cross fit for the first time ever. Went in nervous and unsure of what to expect. Once we walked in the doors the nerves went away and our coach, Kyle, helped explain everything perfectly. The building was clean and approachable. Everyone was friendly and encouraging. Will be back for more.
