Walked into the store about a half hour after opening and didn't see anyone. I walked up to a plexiglass office area and a woman was sitting there half asleep. I told her I was interested in buying a twin mattress I saw on their website. She just looked at me. I asked if she had any twin mattresses at all. She seemed bothered and got up and slowly shuffled out of the office and walked me over to a twin bed and told me it was 200. I said the one I saw said it was 99. "oh" she says. Then she slowly shuffled to the front door and tells me the mattress propping open the front door is 140 but she blocks the way so I had to squeeze past her (after saying excuse me) to see the mattress. I clearly wasn't going to find the mattress I saw on their site and she didn't seem to care if she made a sale or not, so while I was already outside, I said thanks anyway and left. Very uncomfortable and awkward interaction.

By far the worst experience I've ever experienced in retail sales. Firstly, I was asked to finance a sectional. I asked if it would be an installment loan and the sales associate said yes. He then ran a hard inquiry on my Fico score and opened up a $4900 Credit account that can only be used at Bob's. Again, I authorized none of this. It's a complete scam. I was then charged $299 for delivery without knowing. This delivery consisted of two guys dropping the couch in my living room and not even unwrapping it. Then I noticed another charge for a warranty that I never authorized coating another $299. I've ended up paying $3000 for a $2000 couch. I also now have $4,900 worth of credit that I'll never use because THE CREDIT IS EXCLUSIVE TO BOBS. I'm currently debating a partial refund the BBB but no luck yet. Avoid this place at cost. You will be ripped off in multiple ways.

Older Black man charged me $316 for a queen pillow top mattress, gave me $2.70 for change and said he ‘couldn’t find anymore change because I was the first sale of the day’. What kind of business doesn’t have change for the customer? He also tied the mattress on the roof of my suv and it was coming off halfway up the road, had to get my friends help to double tie it.Overall a terrible experience. I desperately needed a mattress this day and it’s the only reason I came here, won’t return and I won’t recommend this place to anyone. They also were advertising ‘70 % off king mattress sets’ for $570. Now tell me how that’s 70% off. I don’t know how they stay in business.

Brought twin size mattress and box spring. The box spring broke when I went to break it down even more to take it outside I found out that the box spring was dirty with stains all over it. Like that took it out a alley or something and rewrap for sale. This is the most trifling stuff I have ever seen. BAD BUSINESS BEWARE!!!!!

Before driving 45 mintues I called and asked for pricing for a queen size matress and box spring, the sales rep quoted one price and once I arrived he tried to up charge me. The original price was 260 plus delivery of 20 dollars. When I arrived he said it was 280 plus tax and a delivery charge. At this point I'm frustrated because he's trying to scam me. Then I asked about how they deliver, I told him I livr in an apartment building so I asked if they could bring it to my door since policy doesn't permit them to come inside, he said "no we drop it off outside that's it". Clearly he could see I'm 8 months pregnant and wasn't asking him to come inside, if I'm paying you to deliver it, it should be delivered at my door not the parking lot. And as I stated I wasn't asking him to bring it inside the apartment.This place is horrible

Salesman lied about the price of the mattresses 69.95 for full size on the sign and he tried to charge me a hundred and seventy-nine when I walked in the store.

Rude and dishonest. Salesman lied in the phone when I asked about a mattress set. When I came in person to purchase, the price had mysteriously risen by $100. Beware of these scammers.

I wish I could give them minus 0 stars. BEWARE they are scammers. I paid them 190 for a queen set, when they delivered them the box spring could not fit so I proposed him to bring two small box spring and return the big one. We agreed I will pay them 80 dollars for the difference, and when I call them to deliver the 2 small box springs, the guy JOHN try to upcharge me 105. He said they gonna charge me 25 delivery fee. How can you charge me delivery fee when you are not completely done with the service? They still have my box spring. BEWARE... They hang up on me when I call them. These guys don't know how to operate business. 0 strar

False advertised. Salesman said he'd waive the shipping fee when free delivery is advertised. Also charged over 300 for a queen when it was advertised as 100. Need to change your business signs
