I can’t express how happy I am with the service I got from Essex Auto Repair. I had a dead battery. They came to my house confirmed that gave me a jump then took the car with them. Replaced the battery and terminals and brought back in just a few hours. The price was more than fair and I was happy to write the check. They were so nice, polite, competent. I certainly recommend them for whatever your car needs. BTW I’m going to use them for tune ups and any other car needs I may have. I am so grateful for all they did.

I have never been so disappointed. I sent my car in just for them to give it back to me with a dead battery. Said once I buy it he'll put it in for me he never contacted me back or cared to check in

Do not take your car here if you care about it. Went there for a simple brake pad change brought my own brake pads and all. Three Lugnuts were not put back on my tire and my caliber fell off while I was driving. Took my car to a shop a few days later after hearing noises and they told me that my brake pads were installed incorrectly they couldn’t even believe it.

He is a fast talker and a big get over .He had lost my keys to my car and didn’t want to tell me . Got a regular key made for my car and the police called me someone found my keys in cvs store . They were there for 2 weeks before the store reported it to the police. Never again will I ever take my car to this place. Also took my spare tire out of my car for what reason I don’t know.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My car engine was totally damaged and needed to be replaced. They purchased engine and put it on with reasonable price. The car is running smooth and they followed up after 14 days to make sure everything is going well. I will go back to service my car with them and I recommend their service. Thank you Essex auto, they did my cars ignition and had it done very quickly, there repairs are cheap because most dealers wanted about $1200 but they did it for $700, if I ever have any other issues I’m going there again
