Cliff's was highly recommended to me by a family friend. I was having engine problems (it was rather intense), they figured it out whereas other places were not able to. They also gave me a very reasonable price. I was so pleased with the work, the prices and the amazing customer service, I have been taking both of our vehicles to Cliff's ever since. I can't say enough good things about Jason & Jacob . These guys are very detailed oriented in making sure they are taking everything down you say. They are friendly, prompt and courteous. The prices have always been reasonable. We were very pleased with the mechanic's work each time and never had any issues. In every aspect , I would highly recommend Cliff's Direct Effect to anyone!

Went to Cliff’s today 01/09/23 for brakes and rotors to be repaired.Jason call us and said we didn’t need new brakes at this time.Honest Cliff’s employee’s , are honest people.We will be returning for brakes and rotors when needed also Any other mechanical work will be done at Cliff’s.Thank you for explaining, and your honesty.The Collier’s

These guys were very good. They were very prompt on their service and even double checked my car after it was done just to make sure it was good to go. Alternator replacements are not cheap and I was able to get one $100 less than almost every other shop around. I highly recommend them if you need a big maintenance bill covered!

They're a but if a hidden gem. Had them troubleshoot an oil leak problem and directed them to give me the cheapest solution as the car wasn't worth dumping money into. They obliged and found the source of the leaks, fixed one and told me the other wasn't worth fixing.

My radiator cracked and was leaking I got an appointment the same day I noticed the issue, they had my car done the very next day! Fantastic service!

They locked my engine and now it cost $6000 to get it fixed and when I approached them about getting it fixed because it was not my responsibility they said that they didn't have $6000 to get it fixed.Services: Engine repair

Best customer service! The work is impeccable and the staff are honest and fair. We've had everything from our cars repaired to car detailing. Never had a complaint about either.
