I cannot say enough good things about this place. They go above and beyond. I picked the wrong used car and they have gone to bat for me with the warranty company every time. They're honest, transparent and keep you informed of what's going on. Jess and Jimmy were awesome to deal with a I'm sure everyone else is. If you want a trustworthy mechanic..... Charlie and Rays is it.

Great job Carlie and company. They took care of everything for me, they worked with my warranty company to ensure everything was in place. Not to mention my satisfaction with my repair was ?! Now to be honest my warranty company said the price they charged for parts was higher than average, I don’t mind that because she peace of mind they provided me on a very stressful day was worth the few extra dollars. Lastly, the customer service was excellent, I felt like my car was in good hands from the moment I entered the shop!!! Thanks again.

This shop has been around for a long time. I grew up in the area and have since moved out of state. My mom still lives there locally and needed a place to take good care of her vehicle repairs because I am not around as often. Charlie and Rays are like family and they take good care of their customers. They are always eager to help and explain everything accurately so you understand. I would recommend and I already do recommend this shop to anyone in the area. Go there for small jobs and or big jobs as well. You will not be disappointed and you will become an extension to the Charlie and Rays family.
