Not only do we love going in and seeing the vast array of carefully selected options (we always know that any bottle of the shelf is going to be great), we recently had a great experience using them as our alcohol provider for our wedding! Dave was extremely helpful in figuring out which specific brands we wanted and made us feel extremely relieved after our meeting with him. While we did not end up selling anything back, Dave was kind enough to drive back out to the venue the night before to drop off more beer after we ended up blowing though our supply on the first night! I couldn't recommend them enough, whether its for an event or just to pick up a bottle for a night in.

This Wine store draws you in with their unique novelty items such as graphic socks, Kitchen tools, and cork candles. The wine and spirit selection is vast and you can easily get carried away. The store clerks that I came in contact with were both helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the wine and spirit tasting. Dave was very knowledgeable on the wine selection. He even helped us pair a delicious Cheddar Cheese with our wine. I can't wait to go back when I have more time to look around at all the items.

This place is great. Not only do they have an excellent selection of beer, wine and spirits, the staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Also, the owner went above and beyond yesterday during Spring Fest. My son just missed out on getting a prize for the scavenger hunt that was set up near the store because we were a few minutes late. When the owner saw that my son was upset he gave him a chocolate bar as a prize. Too kind!

Best liquor store in Maryland. Amazing variety of wine in a cute store. Love to buy their monthly wine variety bags. 100 dollars for like 6 bottles is a great deal

A very sophisticated wine store with a lot more than just wine. They have a great cheese selection, hostess gifts, beer and other things too. The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Jeff and Mark. They have impromtu wine tastings that are generally seasonal. The wine selection is outstanding. During the summer the movie nights are always well attended.

I am a YouTuber with a segment on my channel dedicated to all sorts of cocktails. I like to visit different wine stores to keep my viewers informed on different wines/cocktails I’ve tried and which wines recommend. After visiting this small shop I left not ever wanting to return after the service I received as a brown person. While attempting to partake in their wine tasting, myself and the other brown people in attendance were overlooked and often met with looks of disgust and annoyance. After tasting just two wines I put my glass down and left. I will say that not all of the employees were this disinterested in serving me, as there was one employee who was quite pleasant and helpful. If you live and/or visit Ellicott City please find a store that appreciates customers of all shades. I recommend The Wine Loft in Pikesville, Wells Liquor in Towson and Vineyards Elite. The service is immaculate especially their recommendations for wine. Each store also has a vast selection of Kosher wines.

Highly recommend this wine shop: friendly and helpful staff, unique selection of wines, great spirits section.
I visited here for the first time last weekend and it did not disappoint. I asked a staff member about a certain wine and he was able to point me in the right direction and then went and got Nick, who was able to provide additional wine recommendations based on my request. Cool wines that you don't find elsewhere with reasonable prices. Clean store. Will definitely be back!

Ellicott City, MD - On a pretty Fall day the handsome husband and I headed to historic Ellicott City before an evening concert. We love craft beers so stopped at this charming former fire house to take a look. The selection was varied and well organized. We were greeted almost immediately upon entering the beer section and cheerfully offered assistance. We chose a couple of beers and at the counter were offered a taste or two from the tap selection. We liked one so much that we purchased a 32 ounce can. We asked for some ice to keep it cold for our concert. The super kind employee gave us more than enough ice and packed our purchase in a sturdy reusable bag. Overall a very welcoming experience. We would definitely return.
