Found these marvelous folks during COVID, with an aging kitty who needed home veterinary care. Best decision ever. Dr Budge and team gave us a few more years with our sweet boy, and improved his quality of life as well, conquering a lifelong ear infection. They now care for our newest fur baby and our local porch stray, and we will continue this partnership for all our future animals. The recent addition of a physical location is icing on the cake.

We brought our sweet dog, Fenwick, to HomeVets for a check up and advice related to resource guarding. They quickly diagnosed a double ear infection and gave us lots of tips on resource guarding including informational worksheets and special dog bowls. The vets took their time with us. We can’t recommend them enough!

Can’t say enough great things about the HomeVets @ Patapsco Valley practice that took over from the previous hospital owners/our former vets (who were also amazing). The entire staff is wonderful! The kindness, compassion, and care and communication exercised is often a better experience than that I have for humans! The mobile visit opportunity and the ease of access to care advice, medication requests, and appointment scheduling (and reminders) through the use of their app is absolutely amazing! So far we’ve seen Dr Wolfe and Dr Budge (and several amazing techs) and I couldn’t be more impressed!

I called ahead to see if they could schedule an ultrasound as my cat hadn’t improved much from the ER visit the night before. They got me in same day and even called to have me bring her in earlier for a full day stay to try and figure out what was going on with her. Dr. Wolfe is very transparent about everything from start to finish. Their pricing was far more reasonable/understandable than the ER’s. My cat went home looking/feeling better and we’ve only continued to improve! I think moving forward this will be my veterinary of choice, I have been looking for one that would be able to deal with my cats specific issues and actually looks into it more throughly than most. The craziest part is they weren’t one of the places other vets had recommended, I found them on my own and I’m happy I trusted my gut. Thank you Dr. Wolfe and her team!

Everyone is very friendly and takes great care of my cat. I’ve been seeing them since 2022/23 when they were doing home visits. I highly recommend them! Dr. Wolfe is amazing!

Dr Wolfe and Nurse Sarah have been an amazing team caring for our dog Ziggy who has an EXTREME fear of vet visits. Our visits take place in our driveway where Ziggy is most comfortable.Their approach is unique in that they gently yet firmly and quickly take control to let Ziggy know they are in charge but he is safe in their hands, all while I am within his reach. I can’t tell you how many visits we paid for with our prior vet where we left without intended vaccines or exams because the vet was afraid to upset Ziggy.HomeVets has become the only way Ziggy can receive the care he needs and I am so thankful!

I've been taking my 6 pets here for about 15 years (gosh I feel old). The doctors and staff here treat my fur babies with as much love like they were their owners. They are super knowledgeable and prices are very affordable, which is unheard of in these times.

I wish I could give 10 stars!! I absolutely love this hospital, the vets, the techs, and all the staff. We always get wonderful treatment from everyone. Always professional, always kind, always caring. I have been taking my dogs to these vets for the last 20-plus years. I had moved back to this area from out of state and a neighbor told me about them. I went, I saw, I loved! Drs. Huson and Russell have seen every single dog I've ever had. Helped us keep them in great health for years beyond what we expected and, when their time came, helped us ease them over the bridge. They get to know their four-legged patients so well. Not only that, but they also take the time to get to know the pet-parents too. It feels like family there. Every time we go in, we are welcomed with open arms and our pups are treated as if they were their own. As these vets wind down to their very well-deserved retirement, I pray that they, and everyone else at PVVH, continue to be blessed abundantly for all the love and caring they have given us and our fur-babies.
