Went it to get my fiancée’s ring resized and couldn’t be more satisfied with the service! It looks brand new! The owner is very detailed and attentive. Everyone there is super welcoming and kind. Definitely recommend this place for anybody looking to get their rings resized or for any jewelry services! 10/10

I had a wonderful experience at the jewelry shop! Despite stopping by just before closing time, the staff was incredibly kind and efficient, fixing my wedding ring's missing prongs and giving it a deep clean within just half an hour. My 30-year-old ring now looks brand new, thanks to their excellent service and professionalism. I highly recommend their customer service for all your jewelry needs.

I recently visited this jewelry repair shop based on a friend's recommendation, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, which immediately put me at ease.I needed a repair done on my beloved Omega watch, and they handled it with care and expertise. Not only was the repair completed flawlessly, but the pricing was also reasonable, especially when compared to other jewelry repair store inside the Columbia Mall.The store owner went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the repair and took the time to answer all of my questions. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship are truly commendable.I will definitely be returning to this shop for any future jewelry repairs. If you're looking for a trustworthy and reliable jewelry repair shop, look no further. I highly recommend giving them a visit.

worst repair place ever.Had a broken link on necklace and had it replaced here. He ended up braking the clasp on the necklace.He did not take any responsibility for it. AND he over charges. so the necklace is in worse shape than before.Would NOT recommend to anyone.

I hate giving bad reviews for small businesses, especially when the owners seem quite friendly but I did not have a good experience when I visited them.This is a rather small jewelry shop that is actually located inside or connected to a Lotte (not a standalone building) so it wasn't very easy to find at first. While the owner was very nice, I felt like he might have been a bit too aggressive with trying to "fix" my platinum hoop earring that was accidentally bent by a plier when attempting to close it. I visited two other jewelers beforehand, who each told me that there really wasn't much that could be done, and that if we were to do something we might risk bending it more. They were right....The owner seemed like a kindly older Korean man, who greeted me immediately as I walked in. He didn't seem to speak English that well (I didn't speak Korean) but understood it well enough. After I showed him my hoop earring, he said that he could fix it for $50 and then after I said that I might want to think about it a bit more (I had really intended to visit different jewelers to get a quote more or less), he said that he could do it for $40 or $30, and when I still refused "how much" (did I want to pay). Since he was rather pushy about it and said that he could "fix it today" for $30. I assented. But...I really should have stopped at the second jeweler I visited (St. John's Jewelers) who managed to smooth out the bent part (which was really only the small portion that went into the ear) quite well for free, and I was already quite satisfied with it, and left things as it was.While he did try to "fix" my hoop earring in his workshop with flame and jeweler's pliers, I feel like he really didn't do all that much - basically nothing (that the previous jeweler didn't already do).And in fact, he actually bent the (entire) earring even more as he also messed with the rest of the hoop that didn't need to be smoothed out at all. Now, the earring, which was once a perfect circle like its pair, is kind of an odd slightly misshapen circle. On top of that, there are now visible dents from where he tried to straighten it with his jewelry pliers. He ended up charging me $20 for the "work".Well, I guess the blemishes probably aren't really that noticeable when they are in the ear. The old adage "don't fix what isn't broken" definitely applies here. Not the best experience. Wouldn't recommend trying to get your jewelry fixed here.

I visited the store to get my necklace fixed. It has my English name in 24k gold, and the weak park, 'e' in the middle of the necklace was cut off.He is an expert at fixing it, and explained very detailed. I feel my necklace is stronger then before even.The owner and his wife are so nice and friendly.I highly recommend him if you have any problems of your jewelry.

They did a great job enlarging my wife's wedding and engagement rings.They work very diligently to make sure the product comes out perfectly.They took these rings from 5.25 to 7. Now they fit!

The stellar jewlers at Golden Dew resized my ring beautifully. This was no small feat as the ring is actually three separate rings which fit together in a puzzle. They had to keep them all together, resize them simultaneously as one and then reseparate the band back into three separate bands (each of a different type of gold: traditional, white, and rose). It’s beautiful and everyone I spoke with was lovely. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had such a great experience this morning! I stopped in this morning to inquire about getting the prongs of my engagement ring tightened, the owner and his wife are so friendly and eager to help! Got my ring cleaned and fixed quickly and for less than half the price I was expecting. Will be back for more jewelry needs :)

The family at this jewelry store helped me a ton with my engagement ring! Not only did they attach both the diamond piece and setting, but they adjusted the setting to be more sturdy and also shiny! Couldn’t be happier. A+ service. Thank you guys!

Whenever I'm in the area for grocery shopping, I stop by this small shopping center that's connected to Lotte. Every time I visit this place, I receive great customer service. I went to get my watch repaired and to purchase a pair of earrings. The owners are really nice and know exactly what I want. There's a variety of jewelry options to choose from, from first year baby gold rings (called "dol" in Korean) to watches. Definitely recommend!

I have purchased my fiancé engagement ring here, and the quality, service, turn around time and price was amazing. Since she has high-quality metal allergy, we had to go with Platinum which most places said would take 4-6 weeks to get, they got it in within 1-2 weeks. I was so happy with the engagement ring, right before our wedding I got our wedding bands there. Their selection and knowledge of material and diamonds made the process so quick and easy. Any future jewelry, I will always be going to them.
