This Giant has very low customer service. If you order pickup expect it to be cancelled repeatedly, and if you do get your order expect substitutions that increase your price on several items per order.
Also have had multiple people approach me in the store to ask for hand outs

Main con: The variety of berries available is random to well stocked of all kinds, to only blueberries, INSPECT CAREFULLY FOR MOLD BEFORE BUYING! I can't count on one hand how many times I was lifting raspberry containers over my head to do a 360° check for mold, and immediately customers who observed me started copying me. Stockers who were stocking right next to me don't seem to care, maybe they're throwing that issue to the loss prevention team.
Pros: The sushi discount on Wednesdays is goated, perfect for college students.

Cashiers need to pay attention when scanning items. Its been a few times that they scanned the same item twice even though the quantity is one. Not happy

Terrible location!!! My biggest issue with this location has to do with the fact the they are missing atleast 3 doors in the refrigerated dairy section and they have been missing for MONTHS. (One door missing for coffee creamers, one for the milks and another for the yogurts)

Good grocery store. Pickup is convenient. In-store has the scan-it to scan groceries as you go which makes check-out super fast and convenient. Cheese selections are usually pretty good. Good seafood counter.

This Giant's shelves are well stocked. Manager at the help desk was knowledgeable and efficient. Lots of available parking.
Great selection of ice cream, some times!
Expert support in self checkout area.

Far as the stocking of products, produce, meats, etc… this Giant is on top of the game..
Now this where it gets sticky: I travel here once a week cuz of my profession.
Lately I have noticed they have this white old man walking around basically spying on ONLY African Americans as to see if they are stealing groceries/ products.
I understand the world we leave in and people are going to be people. But to single out a specific race in 2024 is quite disturbing.
I hope Giant does better moving forward because no matter the race or gender this is unacceptable behavior for a corporation.

Location is not bad! Good customer service although I bought shrimp that smelled fishy, like they were just pulled from the water and thrown in the steamer! Not happy about losing money for the bad shrimp,I probably should have taken them back, but didn’t want to take the chance of giant putting them out for the next person to purchase and possibly get sick.
