I had the easiest car buying experience of my life! Bryan Rudolph was awesome. I was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours.

My car purchase was the easiest purchase I have ever made. I saw a car on the website and the next day I had a pre-owned car and it is beautiful.

We purchased a vehicle a couple weeks ago. Gavin our salesman was nice , answered all our questions.
After having it a couple days we noticed the radio wasn't picking up any stations. Found out the screw in part of the antenna was missing. My wife talked to a salesman and he got someone who said they would order one and call her.
Well its been over a week and no call. Stopped in today and talked to Gavin about it. Unfortunately they guys she talked to wasn't there today.
Gavin said he would take care of it but I told him never mind. I'm not waiting another 2 weeks so I ordered one. It will be here in 3 days.
I feel I should be reimbursed for this.

This was probably one of the best experiences I have had at a car dealership. They were not pushy what so ever. They were not your typical in your face salesmen. It made it seem like they really just wanted the best for you and wanted you to like and enjoy the car you were buying. Would recommend buying a car here!!

Hoping that this review will help someone or a young and expecting couple like myself and my boyfriend from making a mistake of buying a vehicle from this dealership. In april I went to williams with my boyfriend to look for my first vehicle. What caught our eyes was the chevy equinox 2013 because it was just the right size and seemed child safe for a car seat. We ended up buying it, In july the engine gave out after 3-4k miles of driving it, My car almost caused an accident on my way to work. Every local autoshop told me their was a recall for this specific engine for 2010 to 2013, Thats something that should've been mentioned beforehand. I called the dealership that week, management was "away" Then I called twice a day to 3 times a week asking for management and still no response from them. After awhile I was able to get in touch with someone in chevy services who wanted to charge 10k just to get the engine replaced, As money does not fall from trees I tried to get in contact with management again in the dealership and would just get his voicemail and the only positive and gratitude filled thing I can say about my experience with williams is I am thankful for the receptionist who listened and showed sympathy and thank you to the head of the buick department for trying to help because this is frustrating when I haven't even had the car for more than 4 months, management for the dealership wouldn't even return my calls and we have a little one on the way (every cent I saved up for my baby is going to this financial issue which is what saddens me the most). Williams sold me a vehicle with a recalled engine and sadly I'm not the first, I went on yelp and saw other people saying the same thing about certain vehicles that were recalled for different things as well. After a month I stopped calling the dealership because what's the point of wasting my breathe. My car is still down and I'm lucky enough that I can find a ride to work.August 28th : just tried contacting you guys after seeing your reply to my review to get to the bottom of this, After being hung up on I will say this in response to your reply, no help was extended so don't even say ya'll "extended help" when it wasn't offered in the first place. Secondly I find it a waste of both of our times if you wanted me to contact you to just to be hung up on before even getting a chance to talk. The last thing I want to say on this matter is that we as buyers shouldve been informed of anything wrong with the car and for you to sell it knowlingly of any problems it had plus knowing it was recalled is shameful.

I purchased my new used vehicle from Williams recently and could not be happier with the purchasing experience as well as my vehicle! Bryan Rudolph was extremely helpful in the purchasing process and made my experience as stress free as possible. The atmosphere is very clean and professional. Their inventory has many desirable vehicles as well. I highly recommend visiting Williams Used Cars & Trucks for your next used car purchase!

Best car buying experience I ever had. I buy a lot of vehicles all over New Castle county this was by far the easiest. Gavin was great to deal with. Perfect amount of attention and easy to talk to. Evan was a pleasure to deal with. Helped out with financing and got me a great deal. Highly recommend

My experience at Williams Used Cars was top notch. My sales person was knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful in finding the vehicle that was right for me. This is the 3rd car I've purchased from the Williams family of dealerships. I have always been happy with their sales and service... I think you will too.

I did a drive through & am convinced that my friends, the Williams Family, may be on their way to the final days of selling new vehicles. The Used lot was only trucks. I spotted only 2 cars with sticker prices. I hope that I am wrong. I have purchased more than 97% of my wheels from them.

We had a terrible experience here. We told our salesperson over the phone that we committed to buying a car from them that we were discussing pricing on, and finally came to an agreement on the cost. I told him we would be there at 530pm. Then just before 5pm he calls me and says they sold the vehicle to someone else. They made no effort to find us another vehicle with similar options and miles, and the manager told me specifically "I made a judgment call and took the money" - his words. If they did this to us, they'll do it to you too. We ultimately found another vehicle at D'Ambrosio Chevy in Oxford, PA and now we're happy owners of a brand new Chevy Trailblazer. THAT is the dealership you should visit.
