I needed some documents printed quickly because my printer broke before a meeting. I called, emailed the documents and they were ready within minutes. I paid, in and out in 30 seconds.

Worst customer service. Second and last time I go there. The man & women are both rude. It was a hassle to drop off a package. I took it somewhere else and it took them 1 min to scan and accept my package, and I wasn't ' harassed. I guess she was upset I interrupted her meal. I work for a large corporation and I will make sure to spread the word not to go here.

This was my first time using Mail Bag Plus today. I brought in a prepaid FedEx package that needed taped up and the label applied. The gentleman running the store was very helpful and friendly. I’m glad I chose this shop. I will definitely be returning.

Ray was fantastic! I needed 3 large banners for a town event and he was not only quick to correspond but he also had them ready in a flash. The quality was fantastic and the service was great! I will definitely use them again.

Always rude and always just playing pinball. Never wears a mask. Won't take FedEx packages, even though he says he will. Give someone else your business.

I had a really great experience today at mailbag plus! Ray the associate was very helpful and pleasant during the transaction. He provided me many options for returning a package. They also provide copier Services as well as printing posters and other large pictures. I will definitely return for sports posters.

After being directed to this location from another FedEx onsite, the gentleman at the front was minimally helpful. He said he couldn't take the airboll because it was missing the shipper copy, which I understood. I took it off thinking I was supposed to keep it if I just brought it to a drop location. I said I understood and if I went and got the paper I had ripped off would I need to bring it into a location or how could I drop it, explaining that I don't live on the area. He basically brushed me off, saying I don't know and there are all kind of rules about liquids which has 0 to do with the literal piece of paper I was trying to send in a prepaid envelope. I'm summation: fedex is the worst and this establishment was too.

We went in for notary services and absolutely enjoyed our time working with Ray. He is efficient, thorough, and very helpful. On top of that he has a great personality and is a lot of fun to work with. I will be returning for all my business needs from now on.

Rudest individual. The man behind the counter talked to me like a child being reprimanded because I brought a package to be shipped through FedEx with a QR code. When I got the email to return the package it suggested this store. NEVER will I go back there, nor will I recommend it to anyone else. If I had the option to give zero stars, I would!
