I've been taking my daughter to Lil' Einstein's Learning Academy for the past 2 years and it has been such a positive experience! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they never fail to make my daughter feel safe, secure, and happy. The curriculum that they provide is top-notch and my daughter is thriving in their learning environment. I am so grateful for Lil' Einstein's Learning Academy!

I have been to numerous center based facilities due to having multiple children ages 15-4 and Lil Einsteins Elkton center is by far the best. My children feel safe, love, and totally comfortable with all the teachers. Management is super understanding and truly cares about all the families in their care.Highly Recommended!!!

Lil Enistein's Learning Academy has been working wonders with my child for more than a year. It's a spotless business that has a good reputation. You are treated like family and the staff is outstanding. I like the different activities they do with kids to keep them interested in learning and eager to develop that my child is participating in, and she is obtaining a fantastic education.

It was a terrible terrible experience with the management especially its my first time to enroll my kid in a day care. Not organized. Communication is NOT good and VERY TRAUMATIC as a parent based on my experience. Its all about money, no empathy at all. So i wont trust this day care. Its not recommendable. Nilda is nice though, she talks very professional not like the others.

We moved from Florida a few years back where our daughter was going to a top-notch daycare. When we moved to Maryland, we were looking for a daycare to meet her previous daycares expectations, and I didn't think that we would find a daycare that could come close. When we found Lil' Einstein's, we were extremely welcome with open arms and very kind staff that made it their mission to care for and watch over our daughter during the day.As our daughter transitions to kindergarten, she will no longer be attending Lil' Einsteins, we will be deeply saddened during this transition not to see all of the great teachers and staff that we have built beautiful relationships with over the last several years. The staff is tireless servant leaders that care deeply for the safety, security, and education of all children that attendance their daycare.I highly recommend Lil' Einstein's Learning Academy

For over a year Lil Enistein's Learning Academy is just amazing with my child. It's a clean and well respected establishment. The staff are amazing and you are treated like family. My child is receiving an excellent amount of education, and I love the different activities they have with children to keep them engaged and willing to learn and grow.

Michelle, Nilda, and the entire staff are always pleasant, courteous, and accommodating. I feel like I'm leaving my children with family. The atmosphere is inviting and the facility is well maintained. There are multiple playgrounds for various ages. The hours for the before and after care are very accommodating to parents who commute. The summer camp has fantastic excursions to aquariums, parks, and every where under the sun. My children have flourished in their environment and I'm grateful for the care, support, and community which me and my children have received.

As a mom with early learning in my background I was very selective when it came time for my one and only son to start school. LELA of Elkton is absolutely the best choice around!! The staff goes above and beyond caring for every child while maintaining focus on education and socialization. I couldn't be happier with what they have done for my son so far and wouldn't trust any other school with his future. Thank you so much to all LELA staff members who give it their all - day in and day out - putting the children and their families first.Additionally, it is very evident that he is well cared for every single day I pick him up:-Always put into clean dry clothes if he gets messy-Always given cold drinks of water on hot playground days-Always has sunblock on. Even bug spray when needed-Clearly taught conflict/resolution skills setting him up for successful social behavior-Teachers teach in a way that prepares children for real world- I appreciate that they don't coddle my son. Yes they comfort him if he gets injured but they allow him to learn from his own mistakes!-Teachers and directors prioritize open communication with parentsTHANK YOU SO MUCH LELA STAFF OF ELKTON!

We have two children at this program, and it is our first experience with daycare. In doing our research, this program seemed to be the best in the area and we are happy that this has been proven accurate. The availability of live camera is peace of mind even in itself, because it tells you that they are confident and will stand behind what they do. Everyone is always happy and friendly, and are flexible in addressing any issues or requests. At the end of the day, hearing our children say "No thanks" and "may I..." all the time at home is a reminder that we can feel food about having our kids attend this program.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! We had a terrible experience here! Please read before choosing a daycare:In Feb at pickup, the mac & cheese she had for lunch was still ALL over her. Her hair was matted together with cheese b/c they didn't clean her off before making her sleep like that for her nap! Nor did they care to put her in the change of clothes we provide for things like this.On 3/21 I got off work early but had not told the center I would be there early.. upon arrival (on this 37 DEGREE DAY) I found my kid outside with no socks & shoes on her feet. When I asked about this issue the finger was pointed at my child. When I asked to see the cameras (to see if she was repeatedly taking them off after her teacher's best efforts to put them back on her) I was never shown the camera footage but instead was told "the teacher was talked to"... which leads me to believe they just were too careless to put my kids socks & shoes back on like I had figured! I counted this as strike 1 since I looked past the mac & cheese mess.On 5/14 my child had on sneakers & I have NEVER had a problem with them coming off her playing at home. Upon picking her up her shoes were tied so tight to her feet even I struggled to pull them off of her! & they were so tight it left red marks on her feet that caused a bruise! When I brought this issue to the director (HORRIBLE woman for accountability btw) I was told I should put my kid in velcro shoes from now on.. FINE. I did that to avoid this issue again. (Pictures of her feet dont even do it justice) STRIKE 2 for me. IT GETS BETTER!On 5/22 my child was bit. 4 TIMES in a matter of 20 minutes. I was called about the incident & was told she was bit twice but was ok. When I got there to pick her up she had FOUR bite marks. When I asked why there was 4 & I was only told about 2 of them the director immediately pointed fingers & said one of them was "there when she was dropped off" ...NO. I have no other children nor pets at home so how could she have been bit at home? It took me a week of talking to the director & teachers privately to FINALLY get the truth, however the director & teacher STILL tried to say that my daughter came in with bites already. Pictures below of all 4 bite marks but they still swear there were only 2 (clearly they can't count). The lack of accountability is mind blowing with this place I'll tell ya! This was my strike 3. I started looking for other centers but sadly the wait lists were unreal. In addition to the above the teachers here will stop your kid in the middle of eating & put them down for a nap (I had to call to ask them to let her finish eating since I of course have the camera access after everything I experienced here), then I find out that one of my daughters teachers were administering medicine to kids when she was not certified in the building to do so, then there was a day that my child had bit another kid (which happens to be my friend's daughter) when I messaged her to apologize SHE HAD NO IDEA HER KID EVEN GOT BIT THAT DAY! The daycare didn't tell her that it even happened. Which is concerning b/c who knows what else they dont tell you happens, & lastly I am one of numerous parents who complained about our children not having access to a drink throughout the day (which I just found out is against licensing rules) after I have asked them multiple times to offer her a drink throughout the day. (they don't even take the kids cups outside when they are playing in the heat!)Its really a shame the management here is so terrible & the teachers are only there for a check & not to genuinely care for the kids because my daughter LOVES other kids so of course she was so excited to go everyday & play. But needless to say we found a much better center & good riddance to this place I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ELKTON LIL' EINSTEINS!!! I hope you look elsewhere for childcare rather than pay a mortgage for the poor care this place provides. There&

My daughter has been going to lil einsteins since she was a baby. Not once did she ever get a diaper rash or any other issues never arose. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect by the teachers and director at lil einsteins..whom often bends over backwards for me just to accomadate!! Ive read the below nasty comment..and can assure that those types of things do not occure there..its shame to bash such a good center..bc it looks bad to those ppl whom have never been there. Lil einsteins is actually one of the most exspensive daycares around..so to say its a morgage payment than to say there one of the cheapest around actually is contradicting...bc there one of the best centers around!! Thank you lil einsteins for all your hard work!!
