I explained that when driving in the sun it looks like tree sap all over the glass, actually it was very small chips. I am impressed that he questioned the replacement instead of just making a sale. “Willie was very helpful when I needed a new windshield on July 4th, he was willing to send a driver (for a surprisingly low fee) to DC to pick up the glass and install it the next morning because our beach rental ended the next day. He seemed genuinely concerned about my family’s safety and needs and gave me excellent advice. All on a holiday. I highly recommend this business.”
