Just as a regular car wash this place stands out better than anything on the shore. I opted to have a full detail for my 2018 F-150. It was disgusting before I feel like I got a brand new vehicle now.

Pricey for the service, this place has very few American employees. The owner/management isn’t usually around, overall this business is in decline.

Slipping. Used to be perfect every time (I’m

Not being managed well today. Staff on break since I’ve been here, people have been waiting 2+ hours for full service. I left after an hour with my interior car still dirty. Disappointed.

I come to car place a lot and the last few times have been a joke. Today was my breaking point. At $80 you figure they wouldn’t waste time. There’s 3 lanes inside, the other two lanes moved fast and every single car was done . The first lane moved at a snails pace. I spoke with a man who only seemed to want to fold towels and not help out . I informed him we have been sitting waiting and he uses the excuse of short staffed . That place is not short staffed your customer service is just bad . I left out with a truck full of water spots after sitting there for an hour because I didn’t have anymore time to just sit and wait…… complete waste of time and poor customer service

I live in DC but when I in the eastern shore in Maryland, I never leave without stopping at this amazing car wash. You have to plan on being there at least a half hour, but they do an incredible job.

Always a great experience! All of the staff are super friendly and attentive, and clearly work hard to make your vehicle look great! Do keep in mind that especially in the off season, they may be short staffed… be patient! It’s worth the wait! Best car wash in MD for sure.
