Safe since a Security Officer is on site. The banking institution is very good. Tellers are polite and helpful. The only drawback is I would not use the ATM after closing. The neighborhood is not too safe.

I’ve never heard of a bank that don’t give you your debit card right there then have the audacity to have you wait 2+ weeks for one in the mail ?

The customer service people at this branch have no personality and seem to despise their jobs. Tellers come off nice but someone needs to help the people in the office. Not sure if they need new training or a new job but they need something!! Horrible experience simply do to them.
