I brought my phone in to replace a broken camera lens, not realizing that it was actually a lens protector that was cracked, not the actual camera lens. Not only did the Tech who fixed my phone not tell me that it was a broken lens protector, but he proceeded to charge me over $40 to replace the protector with some thick plastic contraption and I had to find a new phone case to accommodate the thing. It cracked within 4 months cJust be honest!!

They do called fixed my iPhone 11and it came apart the next day. It was in the case fell on the ground and separated. He said he would fix it if anything happened. He lied, had to pay again. Bad service. Didn't put screws back to hold it together.

I brought my phone in for repair..This store sent a review on their store posing as me giving themselves 5 stars. I never sent a review. The employee took my phone to work on it. I got a notification the next day about a review I sent. I did not. This is fraud.

They charged me $79 and they deleted my photos. I took my phone to Best Buy and all pictures a gone. I AM VERY UPSET.I upset and probably have no recourse for this damage. Go to geek squad, not here.

Buyer Beware, make sure all pieces are back in order after a phone repair when dealing here. They lost my phone's earpiece after putting on a new screen, and only offered $10 off my next purchase.
