I would like to speak with the store manager or owner of the business concerning my horrible visit with the female employee.Poor customer service from the lady at the register. She was rude, impatient and loud. She doesn’t have the skills, knowledge or experience to work with customers. Her poor attitude shows how she chooses to represent the company. She shouldn’t be working with customers as she showed unprofessional behavior and lack understanding, and compassion for others.

Horrible service. The store says it closes at 6 on sundays and the employee decides she wants to shut the store down early and leave even after I called ahead of time

Take something to eat with you. You're gonna be there for a while. They are sooooooooo slow. Went to drop off my old phone and was told I'd have to wait at least 30 minutes. You all should provide a drop box for this very situation. Would make that process go MUCH faster. Just a suggestion. I'll try another day...

Horrible service. I came in to purchase a new phone because I dropped my phone in dish water. The sales agent opened my account and tried to sellme just any type of phone. I told her I want the same phone I had. She told me they don’t sell that phone anymore but failed to let me know I have insurance on my account so I can literally file a claim and get the same phone. One month later I’m looking at my account and noticed myself.

Very, very poor service. Sales person was more interested in his own phone texting than trying to help me. I left without making a purchase that was a guaranteed sale. If I could give a lower score, I would be happy to. That young man should not be working in customer service

This place is a joke. Don't come here expecting good customer service. The staff there lounge around and stay on the phone holding personal conversations that are very inappropriate!I'll be contacting corporate about my experience at this location!

I stopped by today 3.5.22 around 3 pm and no one was in the store. The door was locked with no sign to say if they were on lunch. I went to Shooters looked around a bit and came back, shop still closed. I had to go to the Silver Hill store only to find out they didn't have the phone I wanted. Disappointed ☹️.

This Penn Station store was inviting, and practiced social distancing. I went on a Saturday afternoon. The staff members were helpful, patient, & professional in handling my cell situations. I would offer a 10 Star rating if possible. Thx?

My phone was ancient, on its last gb so i gave up the fight and went to Metro by T-Mobile to get an upgrade and the experience was better than I thought all my info was transferred to my new phone so I was very satisfied ?

I want to say that Rafael and Paula on 5694 Silver Hill rd are two of the most amazing people working in retail. I was having a horrible experience trying to get my account number from xfinity. Rafel was so patient and helped me calm down. I loved the fact that I switched back to metro pcs employees like this make a difference. The way they to care of me was wow service. Metro pcs thank you for bringing 2 people like this to your staff. Thank you Rafel and Paula for making my experience there great. Keep up the work
