Online opening hours - 10 am. Posted opening hours - 11 am. Sitting here at 11:30 am (hour waiting)and gate still down. No one at district or corporate answering phone to tell store is closed. Line outside wondering if location is shut down and we should leave?Update: After over an hour on hold was able to get to corporate office. The opening person was running late. Store was great, clean, and very friendly and helpful staff (he deserves a raise.) But the fact that corporate and district are not accessible when something like this happens is seriously problematic .

The new manager lied and said that purchase was necessary to obtain a "free" pokemon code. She clearly hasn't been there long because I've picked up codes for years and never had to buy anything. She's literally stealing from people and her story doesn't make sense. Any other ganestop I never have had this problem

Good afternoon, I visited ganestop to retrieve a free pokemon distribution code for pokemon sword and shield. The "manager" Fletcher told me that I had to purchase an item to get the code, I explained that I've gotten codes many times and the codes are FREE, she aggressively explained that I had to pre order a product or buy something. I even showed the website where it shows that no purchas is necessary, after this exchange she stopped responding to me. She was extemley disrespectful and there is some shady business going on at this particular Gamestop. I've been a gamestop member since I was a kid and I've never had such a horrible experience with a employee, but the bigger issue is that these employees are making a profit off of an item that is free. I will never visit this location again, and I'm also planning on contacting the local paper, twitter, yelp, facebook to report this because they are taking advantage of people's ignorance to line their own pockets, and i want everyone to be aware of this to avoid these horrible individuals. It's disgusting and blatantly obvious.
