As a lot of the reviews already mentioned the service at this location is very lacking (specifically their pharmacy). Walked in as soon as the pharmacy opened to ask about getting a walk-in flu shot (which their website mentions was a possibility) and was greeted at the pharmacy by a rude lady acting really busy. Got an attitude right from the start (no greeting or acknowledgement) and when I asked if it would be possible to get a flu shot she spent time 'checking' the schedule and going on a rant about how their website also says "if it's busy we might not be able to do it". I definitely understand which is why I made sure to go first thing in the morning when they opened and when there were no other customers in the store but my issue is not that I wasn't able to get a flu shot but I feel like in all that time she spent ignoring me, 'looking' through the schedule, giving that spiel about the website she could have just poked me with the flu shot and got it over with but hey, I was reminded why I never come here even though it's 1 minute from my house.

This rating is not for the store its self it's for the rating of the product I love cashews but these are a little but to salty for me. I'm more then sure it would be delicious out someone that's more likely to like the taste of salty food then me would enjoy. So I will not say don't purchase but these aren't for me I'll rather just purchase the regular cashews but it you did purchase Enjoy

Terrible customer service and they never have my prescriptions or they claim that it's out all the time I go over there.The employees always have attitude and give me a hard time for getting my prescriptions.

Not sure who I spoke with on the phone in pharmacy this morning but she was extremely rude. All I needed was to transfer two prescriptions, and she kept questioning me unnecessarily. It was bizarre that after given my name, date of birth and confirmed I needed two things transferred from 611 s howard in Tampa to this she kept giving me a hard time. Not impressed at all with them. Get a new attitude and stop giving customers a hard time.

They moved from the shopping center to the corner now. As a resident of Derwood it's our local CVS. Let me start with the customer service; ITS GOD AWFUL. Never anyone around to assist you with finding anything. Then when you get to checkout always a line and always just one person at the counter who never knOws what to do. The pharmacy is the WORST in the area they have awful customer service and care. RUDE RUDE RUDE! I dread having to go pick up anything from here someone needs to come in from corporate and train this location and get morrow staff in here

Brand spanking new in the heart of downtown Derwood.This place is colossal (really big)!Found exactly what I was looking for and ho-latta more!Convenient, clean, and big for a huge inventory of essentials and other stuff too.

I only came here to pick up 1 item (some hair lotion). The first thing I noticed when I got to this location is that it moved. It used to be across the street in the plaza (with Subway and McDonald's). Now it is its own stand-alone store located at the corner of Redland Road and Muncaster Mill Road (a gas station was once at this location) - you can enter from both roads. The new space has its own parking lot, but in looking at the individual parking spaces it looked tight.I did not spend a long time in the store, but as I entered, the security alarm by the door went off - I knew it was not me and instantly one of the employees said it was her and that the alarm was sensitive (good to know). As I went further into the store looking for the specific product I wanted to buy, the security alarm (by the door) went off again and I thought to myself - if the employee is checking products, shouldn't they move away from the entrance if they know the security alarm is sensitive (just thought that was weird).Anyways, I found what I needed to purchase, paid for my item using one of my CVS coupons and headed out. A quick in and out.As I left the parking area, I noticed they had a large drive-thru at the side of their store (looks to be for the pharmacy) - that is also good to know.

Terrible customer service every time my family and I come here. Just waited in the drive through pharmacy for my sick father who is in the car with me and in pain. Someone came to the window and then asked us to wait, we waited about 15 minutes in the car in the drive through lane, and someone new came to the window to finally start our order and give us information. Then they said it would be an hour wait even though the doctor called in the prescription earlier. They apparently need more workers and for this CVS to care about their customers.

Terrible customer service. Last remodel they made nice white linoleum tile right up to the RX pick. One Person in front of me, so I stand in the white tile waiting. Meantime eight other people decide the lineup in between the cold and the first aid Isles. Then the pharmacy tech has been nice courtesy to tell me I got to go to the back of the line in between all the aisles of merchandise to wait to pick up my prescription. Never mind that I was there before the 8 other people and they saw me standing there on the white tile in line to talk to the pharmacist. WTF.

Terrible, terrible, terrible! Customer service is majorly lacking at this location. Employees are extremely rude! Lines are always as long as the store and no sense of urgency from cashiers. They do the bare minimum to get a paycheck.
