Folks, I highly recommend Farmers Insurance and Donna Eason for your agent. We all know that Auto Insurance rates are close to the same and every insurance company claims to save you money , if you switch. However , Mrs. Eason provides me with the PERSONAL service I need by acting as an agent on my behalf. First , I notify her of the coverage I am looking for , AUTO and Home Owners , and she takes the time to research all the companies for the best rates , and indeed service. If necessary , she will and has taken the time to explain my policy , and answer a multitude of questions. She will not fake it , admit she does not know for sure , and will take the time to contact the adjustor or company. I appreciate that and need that type of agent. SHE IS AN AGENT THAT REPRESENTS YOU AND NOT THE COMPANY ! For example , this year my roof leaked and I had DRYWALL DAMGE in my hallway. The company did not offer me what I thought was fair , Mrs . Eason acted on my behalf and I received an increase in the settlement. I have lived in Caroline County since 19 76 and NEVER HAD ON AGENT ACT ON MY BEHALF . FOR THAT MATTER , I HAVE NEVER HAD ONE AGENT IN MY LIFE ACT ON MY BEHALF ! Look folks , if you are looking for and agent to save 10.00 on insurance , this review is not for you. With that being said , if you are like me and want the personal touch , THEN YOU WILL NEVER FIND AN AGENT BETTER THAN Mrs. Eason ! One more item is that I appreciate NOT HAVING TO WEAR A USELESS MASK LIKE SHEEP TO SEE HER . Having her as an agent is tantamount to having a " FRIEND " as an agent . 5 STARS plus !

Donna and Becca have been pleasant to deal with but: They refuse to get vaccinated against the coronavirus or wear masks when dealing with clients in their offices. The excuses they give are unacceptable since they are supposed to be responsible adults who are working in an insurance industry position. I would not venture into their offices if I were you. Also they refused my request for reimbursement for a tow even when my policy had that feature.
