Service was excellent - we were driving to the beach and got a dangerous flat tire. We could not drive on it and happened upon the Ford. We called Mike and received the best service we have ever had. Mike was funny and assured us of our safety. We enjoyed snacks, coffee, and shared laughs with Mike. Service was speedy and well done. My biggest regret is that this cannot be my local dealership.

Purchased a set of Bridgestone tires. They arrived within a couple of days. Denton installed them quickly and performed an alignment. Prices were very reasonable and service was excellent. They do all of my maintenance under the Preston for Life program.

Edit: after driving a few days on the new tire, it was not balanced correctly. The truck was smooth before and now it's vibrating like crazy.
Was in Monday and they did not do what I asked, so had to come back Friday to get it done. Didn't take long which is good, but I should have never had to come back a second time.
I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed, but the inside of the building stinks. Kind of smells like cat pee. They need to invest in air freshener.

I recently purchased an ecosport at Preston in Denton. I went there with a budget and Jamie and the GM Mr.Burton found me a great car with payment I can handle. They were not pushy or try to extend my budget. It was so painless! I have had such bad experiences with other car purchases...finally found an amazing dealership. Thank you all so much!
